Was referred to Bay Breeze from a neighbor- left them a voicemail, they called back within 30 minutes. Although they didn't provide the HVAC service we needed, they did refer me to a company that did. As a small business owner- if they treat people they don't make any money on this well- they must really take care of their customers. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.

Steve came to our rescue on July 4th weekend when our AC unit stopped working. He responded in such a timely matter and resolved the issue quickly. He knew exactly what the problem was and advise us for the future to avoid any further issues!

Twice now we’ve had to contact Baybreeze to fix our air conditioning. They are quickly responsive, on time, friendly, professional and I don’t feel overcharged. Extremely happy with their service and I highly recommend them.

Response was right on ! Had a problem with my heating , Stephen came out the following day diagnosed the problem, and obtained the part needed with in one day..Problem fixed !! Glad I contacted Bay breeze !!

Horrendous customer service it took me a week 2 get someone out to my house for an estimate on 1 air return, no problem I get it they must have been busy. So the guy came out last Wednesday mind you he was supposed to be at my house by 10am, ok no problem if your late but, at least call me and tell instead of having me wait around, after calling the company someone comes out around 12pm I believe Again mind you I never got a call back after I called around 1015 what time the guy would come here how do they know I would’ve been home thank God I was but the guy knocked on the door once I didn’t hear it my dogs would have went crazy if they heard it and they didn’t he was literally only here for like a minute and a half I have cameras so I saw when he came and I saw when he left he could’ve called me to say he was at the front door , fine so I called the company listen didn’t hear the guy knock at the door could you please have him come back he did great. The guy looked around, he said he would be able to do the job and that I would get a call back when I can schedule Great. So Friday rolls around and I still didn’t heard from anybody. So I called again on Monday I think they could hear it in my voice that I was kind of annoyed that I didn’t hear back from anybody so They got back to me maybe within an hour or 2 the guy told me Friday (today’s date) OK great what time he said between 9 AM and 10 AM great! So it’s about 10:15 AM Still nobody showed up so I called I believe the owner picked up and he said oh he broke down on the parkway OK that’s fine things happen I get it but again the company never called me to notify me what was happening so before he hung up he told me he would called me right back I believe over an hour went by and I still never heard from him so I called twice the second time the answer machine service answered and at this point I’m beyond annoyed so I explain to them the whole situation that he told me he would get back to me and he never did an
Excellent service. Highly recommend. Had a new furnace and 3 ton air conditioner installed in our small business. Stephen and his crew were super professional, extremely clean, and did a great job. Thank you so much.
My parents were without heat on a Saturday night (one of the coldest we've had this year; figures). Called several places, many of which were NOT responsive. BayBreeze WAS! Although the technician from BayBreeze (I believe it was the owner) could NOT come out that night, he promised to be at their house between 8-9 on Sunday morning. He called them around eight to let them know he was on the way. He found the problem and went to get the part. The heat was up and running within 2 hours of his arrival (and this includes him leaving to get the part he needed). The cost was reasonable (especially for a SUNDAY) and the service was excellent. You can bet that I will be sharing BayBreeze's information with everyone I know in the Brick area!
After replacing our roof 6 months ago .our furance stated acting up . we were concerned about cost called 3 other companies . 2 of which never sent us an estimate. Steve showed up as promised. gave us options in writing. His guys showed up on time and were professional and informative. They took great care of covering our wood floors and made sure not to damage anything . Steve later called me that night to make sure everything went well and stopped by the next day to inspect and answer any questions. Great Customer service . Thanks BayBreeze
The best customer service
BayBreeze to the rescue! We moved into our home in November which BayBreeze had previously installed our HVAC unit. The warranty transferred and was handy when in the spring the weather got hot and we realized our unit was not switching on. We called them on a weekend (Memorial Day Weekend at that) not expecting to get anyone but we were greeted by Steve who took good care to have someone out to us the next day. We we're amazed at the responsiveness and quickness of service. The technician, Chris, came out who really knew what he was doing and was friendly and understanding of our barky pup. He spent a good deal of time making sure he was thorough with ensuring that he checked everything our unit needed to run smoothly before leaving. He even explained some routine maintenance that we could do to keep out unit running smoothly. Hands down the best service call we have ever experienced. Highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for excellent customer service and quality work.
