I know this is a long review, and thats because I have a lot to share with you. If you continue reading, good for you! I always say after being taught, if you have nothing nice to say, keep it to yourself. I will only write a review when it is well deserved and in this case, it is. I have something positive to share, so here I go... I am blessed to have been referred to Atlantic Shore, which is a family business that takes PRIDE in their work, key word here is "PRIDE". I hope you consider yourself as blessed. I'm starting with the father, Mark, kind, very experienced, takes time explaining any of your questions. My experience with Mark is I can hear how proud he is to share his expertise. Son Jake, is very proud to follow literally in his father's footsteps. When first I met with Jake, I was so stressed, but with his confidence, his courtesy, his kindness with no pressure, gave me a sense of his sincerity, gave me security, and peace that calmed me. I highly recommend Atlantic Shore. No if's and's or but's here at Atlantic Shore! Thank you for coming out to get my AC ready for summer! See you guys in the fall to put her to sleep:)! Thank you to Missy, Gina, Mark, Clay, Mitch, Mike, Jack! Thank you for all your hard work, for your honesty, and your very kind helpful customer service ALWAYS! Atlantic Shore Heating and AC is fabulous. No matter who comes out, they are always kind and professional. My questions are always answered and I'm very thankful for their preventative care and maintenance of my furnace and AC unit. We have been using them for years! Everyone is so friendly & trustworthy. They just fixed our air at 7pm on a Sunday with 1 hours notice. Just in time for our kids bedtime our house will be nice and cool! Also they have always been very fair with us! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ⭐️

Quick response! All the staff that I dealt with were professional, honest, helpful, and friendly. They showed up on time - and I appreciate the fact that they even laid out drop cloths to protect my floor and carpet.
Mike was very pleasant as well as informative. He explained what air filters do and don't do. He was well versed in terms of what he does for a living. On top of all that my system got a clean bill of health. I will call you guys if my system needs maintenance down the road.

Good job & hard work, They handle and care of clean, replaced new A/C after. Guys have very good patient, nice, crew team try help to complete install AC. Their work are very high professional and quality. Also, they respect and asked for permission anything use. Service customer - Great excellent, communication clearly, help solve our issues payment. They are very flexible and always keep contact with us for updates. Friendly. I recommend it. No stress and no headache. They will care of permit work papers. :)

Atlantic Shore installed a new Trane heat pump system and new duct work last Spring. I bought a service contract with them and thought I’d get a jump on having the AC serviced before Summer. Mitch did the service. He called ahead to let me know he was delayed due to road construction and was more than efficient in performing the service and answering the questions I had. Atlantic Shore has the nicest technicians! They are knowledgable and polite and truly care about their work and their customers.
The Atlantic Shore office called me to schedule our routine maintenance appointment, rather than me having to reach out to them. They are consistently responsive, professional, knowledgeable and unlike other service companies we have used, do not try to sell us services or work we don’t need.
These guys are awesome! This is the second time I used Atlantic Shore for a large project, Mark the owner is a great guy to deal with. Today the crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, protected my floors and cleaned up like they were never there. All 3 crew members took the time to explain what they were doing, what I should expect and how to use everything. Top notch!!!
Joey and his team did a fantastic job installing my ac unit. Despite some challenges they maintained a positive attitude and got the job done. Also Mark and those in the office were extremely helpful answering all my questions.
