Eddie came out on the 4th of july within the hr. Diagnosed repaired and cleaned condenser unit masterfully. Price was great and no up-charge for holiday emergency service. Will use for all hvac services in future and recommend highly to anyone needing a true professional in their field.
I called Eddie and we set up a time for him to get me a quote. Very friendly and answered all of my questions. I said yes to the great price. In a week my wall unit was installed. Eddie was great. It did not take long at all. I just wish it was hotter so I could use the AC now!
Eddie is my neighbor and go to guy for our AC. Nice and fair. Helped out a couple of times for the past decade. Always delivers.
They were very knowledgeable and were able to arrive to help in a timely manner. Was able to help with my central air fan.
Month back technician (eddie) and try to fix the issue in my HVAC could not do it and try to follow up with , would not answer the call. It is very unprofessional of them.
UPDATE: FRIDGE STOPPED WORKING AFTER 1 MONTH AND OWNER HAS DODGED MY PHONE CALLS I added a copy of the invoice from Eddie. Absolutely took advantage of me and my business. As you can see his prices, totally outrageous for replacing valves and Freon for a BRAND NEW fridge. I paid it to avoid the argument because I have so much going on. Long story short, he took the job without real knowledge of refrigeration. He decided to bring in another guy to help him after 3 days of an incomplete project. He used excuses saying that he needed to go back and order supplies, then he would come back without supplies, look around again and then leave. And come back. He was attempting to diagnose the problem, not fix the fridge. Which he proceeded to try and charge me for. No more explanations needed, just look at his INSANE prices of Freon. He is also a one man show, with little experience and pretty bad language barrier so communication was impossible. Do not use him under any circumstance, look somewhere else! There are so many places on google

I called Eddie and he showed up in 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, went to buy some parts, and returned to my house to install them; heat is working great! He came to my house the next day to make sure heat was working ok. I will call Eddie for any AC or heat problems I have in the future, he really is a master at his profession! I highly recommend his service!
Mr. Eddie was a Godsend in a time of need when my heating went out earlier this week in my condominium. Mr . Eddie is a true professional and an expert in his craft. Very polite, punctual,and will take the time to diagnosis the problem and ways to fix it w/o wasting time or charging an arm,leg, and kidney. I went on a way on vacation and came back to my heat and AC not turning. On the next day he came out and fully diagnosed my issue. Took the time to check all electric and panels. Just discover that it was the sensor. He even checked my air filter and changed it out for me. Very efficient and affordable
It was a pleasure meeting Eddie (and his colleague George); they were prompt, courteous and professional. He came to our house twice in the same day - first to assess and diagnose the problem and second to replace a much needed part (gas valve). Both the basement and attic forced-air units are working nicely and we are much more comfortable because of his work. As other people previously commented, Eddie did in fact call me the very next day to make sure everything continues to work properly. A friendly and knowledge person and professional. Highly recommended.
I called in the evening and Eddie came to my home within an hour of me calling him. Eddie was professional, friendly, respectful of my home (he took his shoes off), fixed the problem with my air conditioner and the price he charged was very, very reasonable. He called me the next day to see how the air conditioner was working. How many repair personal do that? I would recommend him to family and friends. He is honest and I would call him again if I ever need service. Thank you Eddie for your service ! You are awesome !

Eddie came to our home late in the evening, which was within hours after getting the service request. We were headed for one of the hottest weekends of the year with temperatures expected to be near 100 degrees, and being a Friday evening, would have suffered through the heat. He was concerned about leaving us without AC over the weekend. We found him to be very personable, conscientious, very neat, and extremely reliable. He was respectful of our home and even removed his shoes before waling on the carpeting. Fortunately, he had the necessary parts in his truck and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. We thought our motor was burned out. This would have been a very costly repair. He quickly diagnosed it to be a bad capacitor, and the repair cost only a fraction of what we might have paid. I highly recommend him.
Eddie is as honest and experienced as it gets. He made an emergency service call to my house on a hot Sunday to fix my AC. He was a pleasure to deal with while he took his time to find the actual faults in my system. He repaired those problems on the spot and was 100% upfront about the cost of everything he was doing before he did it. His prices were more than fair, especially compared to another company who quoted me 30x the price for an unnecessary system overhaul! My AC is running better than ever, but more importantly I know who to call for anything heating and cooling.

This winter was the first in our new home. We suddenly experienced an issue with our furnace short cycling where the thermostat would not get to the desired temperature before the furnace shut off. We originally contacted AJ Perri and were told that we need to replace our entire HVAC system at a total cost of ~$16,000 (DON'T EVER USE THEM). We also had PSEG come about 6 times. Every tech insisted that our HVAC unit was fine, but none of which could provide a good explanation or resolution to our issue. We called Google several times to troubleshoot our Nest and even replaced the thermostat 3 times! NOTHING! Then we called Eddie. Eddie came right away and took his time to understand the root cause before providing estimates based on assumptions. He also found that there was poor duct work as a result from a recent renovation in our kitchen which contributed to poor airflow, therefore, contributing the furnace to overwork itself. He was a able to finally diagnose the main issue with the short cycling to defective limit switches. 2 small devices that cost about $50 each. Once he replaced them, ISSUE SOLVED IMMEDIATELY. We also agreed to properly route the duct work in the kitchen per his recommendation, and add an additional vent in our dining room to help with air circulation. All in we paid less than a fraction of what we would have, had we been desperate enough to move forward with AJ Perri. I REPEAT, DO NOT CALL AJ PERRI! If you can, call Eddie to help with whatever you need. He was patient and super helpful. He was also kind enough to check in on us on those days where the temperatures were almost unbearable. Will definitely be using his services again if needed!
Eddie is such an honest person to work with. He helped our family a few days ago during the crazy snowstorm. We ran into some serious issues with our heater and he was with us every step of the way. He has followed up with us to resolve the issue and has even came out during the night so that we didn’t go without heat. His prices are reasonable and he is very professional. Without a doubt, we will be using him again and will be referring him to family.
