They replaced all of valves on my radiators to new brass valves. No knocking, heating system runs so quite. No one would do this for me but them. High level service. Also made my split units run better.
Moses and the entire DMC team has been incredibly helpful through our many plumbing problems. Our builders left us scrambling—improper/counterintuitive installation, backed up pipes, and sump pump connection issues. Moses was patient and took the time to test, retest, and give us options before proceeding. He was always prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, and understanding. After Moses’ 5+ visits and thoughtful solutions, I’m confident in the current state of our plumbing (and learned a thing or two along the way thanks to his teaching). Highly recommend DMC (and Moses especially!!).
DMC is the most professional , friendly ,efficient family owned business I have ever come across. Talk about on time they were waiting for me. The project was completed faster than expected Cleanliness was a priority . Installers and technicians were professional and friendly. Sean and John worked right along side their guys. They are not related but I felt like Part of their family. This is Definitely family I would not hesitate to call for anything related to their field of expertise. Job well Done bravo DMC for putting my faith back in your industry ! Looking forward to working with them again on future projects slated. Thank You all for work performed!
They send me an email saying it’s time for my service appointment. I respond. Several times. They send same original reminder. I try calling. Many weeks of non-responsiveness later I’m still trying to get them to come to me. The office staff don’t take messages or coordinate. And “the supervisor” always has issues. Service is good if pricey — if you can get them to show.
Best plumbers in the area. They give you free on site estimates and tell the the cost to completion. They are prompt and the prices are in the lower to average end of the spectrum compared to other companies. They helped fix our 25 year old heater just in time for the winter. Thanks guys!
Moises was here for hours making sure all of our needs were met. He was very professional and nice. Would 100% recommend him and call him for any of my future needs. Nicole also provided great customer service via phone and text. Very efficient
Professional and responsive main office. Customers receive texts ahead of time if there are any updates on estimated arrival time. Repair team (In particular Moises) went above and beyond to explain issues uncovered. Entire process was transparent and seamless

I have used DMC for multiple projects in my condominium. The most recent was an installation and replacement of a water heater. The job was scheduled and completed within the week from getting a quote. Their prices are very fair and they do high quality work. On this most recent install, they gave me an estimate which was 1k less than a local competitor. I will continue to use them for any future projects and have recommended them to our Condo Board.

We had an amazing experience with DMC Plumbing and Heating! Their customer service is great. Ellen responded to us very quickly and took all our concerns seriously. She also gave us regular status updates on scheduling and the numerous questions we asked her to relay to her colleagues. Moises and his colleague came promptly after we asked for an estimate and did a thorough analysis of what was needed to address our issue. They came back a few days later for the actual work and did an impeccable job. In fact, I was very impressed by their level of craftsmanship. Moises also took some time out of his busy schedule to answer more questions from me. I wholeheartedly recommend DMC to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

DMC has been fantastic dealing with all of our plumbing/HVAC needs that have come up. The office staff is attentive and responsive and each technician has thoroughly explained what the issue was and any related issues.
I am very happy with the service provided by Shawn at DMC Plumbing. He was very professional, knowledgable and patient with answering all my questions. As a recent widow I am not familiar with ins and outs of home maintenance so I would definitely recommend this company.
I completely recommend DMC. I called them for some shower leak service. Unfortunately my house pipes are super old (1968) and one of the pipes got twisted in the process. Thankfully, I called a professional place (DMC) and they made sure to fix everything and leave a happy customer in the process. I want to thank Luis, Kevin (supervisor) and Sean. This company has very sweet and professional guys working for them. Hope this review can help other ladies, who like me, are looking for someone who's not going to take advantage of their plumbing ignorance.
Amazing and professional craftsmanship!! They went extra and beyond to fix my kitchen sink and shower issues. Everything’s done right/excellent from getting the quote, scheduling appointment to finishing the jobs. Glad we have such a great plumbing company here in Bayonne.
