I HIGHLY recommend RAM HVAC. A veteran owned business you can count on and trust. Rob and his team installed a 6-head mini split system in my home on a very tight deadline. When I first contacted RAM HVAC, my home was already on the market heading into the summer. Rob was super responsive, dependable, and very professional. He worked around unexpected showings seamlessly which helped make an already stressful home sale more manageable. Rob is honest, personable, and a man of integrity. The quality of his work speaks for itself. I am so glad I found RAM HVAC!

Over the past weekend I fired up my Central AC and noticed it was only blowing warm air. I reached out for recommendations on my community facebook page and was referred to RAM HVAC. I got to say I was not disappointed. Rob the owner was great to deal with, he replied to my text fairly quickly and manage to make it out to my house the same day to check out the issue! Very impressed, he checked out my system and first off noticed a family of mice made a nest inside causing all types of damage to wires and also shorting out start-up capacitor. He cleaned out the system, replace capacitor, and repaired the damage wires. It was pretty nasty. He finally got things up and running, however, there was more to the story..the compressor was low on refrigerant..basically empty. There was a leak in the system. He ended up adding 6 pounds of refrigerant and also sealed the leak with a sealer. Everything is now running beautifully and finally my upstairs is comfortable again! He also recommended that I leave some moth balls in and around the condenser to help keep the mice away in the future. So far so good..RAM HVAC was amazing! Rob kept me informed through the entire process, his prices were fair and workmanship so far has been great! We are up and running! Thanks so much! I highly recommend them!

We called RAM HVAC last week about cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. We called after seeing a recommendation on a local community Facebook page and good comments posted on the company's Facebook page, and we're glad we did. Rob was very professional and personable and explained everything that he was doing. The price he quoted us was very reasonable; as a matter of fact, it was lower than what we paid another company several years ago to do the same work on a similar size home we used to own. I highly recommend RAM HVAC and will definitely call Rob anytime we need the services RAM HVAC provides.
From the moment I requested the quote I was impressed. I received a call within minutes, he asked a couple of questions and I received an honest and very reasonable price. I was more than impressed with his ethics and personality and how much junk he was able to remove from the duct system.. Thank you Robert!!!. Robert followed all the Covid guidelines, he was very attentive, he explained to me clearly the Process and What I should expect prior to starting his job. He also made recommendations on what to watch for. I am hiring Robert, REM HVAC for the maintenance and service of my heating system and AC. Rob from RAM HVAC was great in his response to our need. He responded fast and provided professional and quality work, friendly and clear communication, and he was punctual! Price was competitive and more than fair. We had a pump on our heating system burn out and he immediately and accurately diagnosed it, went and got the parts needed, and fixed it completely. Couldn't be happier with their service.

Our AC started leaking right after purchasing our new house. Being new to the area, we researched HVAC companies and called 5 - not speaking to one! We found RAM off of the Windham Neighborly Facebook page and Rob answered immediately. He was able to come to the house THE NEXT DAY. Rob is super responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly and personable. He has extremely fair pricing and is honest. It's clear in his work and customer service that he has our best interest in mind. We are so glad we found RAM HVAC and will never use anyone else!
Rob just serviced our boiler for the first time that was having issues. I was most impressed by his concern for our family’s safety and making sure that all of the issues were taken care of before he left. We will be calling him annually from now on. Thanks, Rob!
