I never got a response from chase heating and cooling.
Our HVAC was over 25 years old in a large house. It was complicated and I had heartburn over replacing 4 air handlers and condensers over three floors. I am so glad we hired Chase Heating and Cooling, everything has worked perfectly since installation and I now can turn on the HVAC with confidence. Thanks so much, I know this job was no easy rip and replace.
We were referred to Erik for a central AC installation and we and couldn’t be happier with the results. Erik replied to my request for a quote and came out within a couple of days. He was honest , knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He was able to get us scheduled within a couple of weeks and then showed up when he said he was going to and completed the job within a couple of days. His team was very respectful of our home, and left it spotless. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend him without hesitation.
Chase did a full HVAC replacement of my 30-year old system, including a new oil tank. The work was done professionally over the course of two days, and any follow-up questions I had were answered promptly. Great owner, great crew, great job - all at a great price!
My wife and I decided to add A/C to our home. We knew it would be a project as our house has forced hot water and no ducts. Erik walked us through the project and he and his team delivered on everything they promised. Including keeping to the discussed timeline! Erik is very professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about his work. We both highly recommend Erik and Chase Heating and Cooling for all your A/C and heating needs.
Erik fixed out heating issue quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain everything to me as well. He also came in a very timely manner and arrived right in the time frame he gave me. We will definitely call again for future needs!
Eric installed a new water heater for us in frigid cold temperatures outside. A very hard worker. Can’t say enough great things about him and his work.

I contacted Erik on Sunday about a heating issue. He quickly contacted me and told me he'd put me on his list for the next day. With the frigid temps we were expecting, Erik wanted to make sure he came out the next day to check things out. Thankfully he was able to fix the problem that day and I had heat in no time. He also found another issue that he'll be coming back to fix. Erik is friendly, honest and thorough. I highly recommend Chase Heating & Cooling.
Erik was awesome to work with - friendly, honest and had our heat working again in no time. We were without heat for several days before contacting him and he prioritized us in the middle of January. I would highly recommend him & his team. We won’t be using anyone else in the future!
We've been using Chase for years to service our furnace and AC. Recently we needed to replace the 26 year-old furnace and replace the old broken AC condenser for our central AC. The whole job took only a day and a half and they made sure the furnace was finished by the end of the first day so we wouldn't have to go a night without heat. A tremendous experience. Erik is a total straight shooter who delivers what he promises on time and at a fair price. It's clear that the owner sets the tone; the two other crew members were knowledgeable, respectful, polite and courteous. It helped that from the top down they were also really nice people and easy to talk to. My wife and I couldn't recommend them any more highly.
I was extremely happy with this company. Eric was very thorough and patient. He gave me many options to choose from and ranges in price. They are very clean and did the furnace replacement in one day. I would definitely recommend this company.
Out of 5 stars, they are 10. Forget the big companies you see or hear advertised everywhere, nothing compares to a local business that takes the time to get to know you and remembers your system set up. I have Erik and his crew service my HVAC system every year before I turn the heat on and they caught a huge issue this time. I needed a whole new system and they were back within a week to replace what I needed so I wouldn't freeze this winter. Erik, Todd, and Zack are the dream team and great problem solvers. They even gave me a suggestion to heat and cool an area in my basement that I never thought I could zone. Their prices are fair and the service is top notch. Don't even think about using someone else. Call Erik!
