We have use Jay to service our air conditioning system and we have found him to be courteous, responsive and efficient. We would recommend Ideal Comfort HVAC without hesitation.
What a great experience. Jay was very responsive and easily accessible. He quickly diagnosed and cured the AC problem- today. Priced very reasonably as well. Jay is Organized, friendly, explained everything and talked to the warranty company ; which made a big difference on their response. TY JAY! HVAC “docs” are hard to come by so recommend getting Jay sooner than later! Service with a smile!
My first time using Ideal and I could not be happier. Jay came out, he was on time, friendly, professional and he diagnosed and fixed my AC quickly. I plan on calling him for all of my heating/AC needs from here on. I can not recommend him enough!
I called Jay for an emergency and he was there within 35 minutes. Fixed the Central air within 15 minutes. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Jay and his company. Pricing was very reasonable.

We had an awesome experience using Ideal Comfort. Jay promptly returned our call to provide a maintenance check on our central air system. He came out, did the preventive maintenance and cleaning of our system within an hour. His rates were very reasonable, too. We highly recommend using this company.

I have used Ideal Comfort a number of times for both routine maintenance as well as for emergency repair. I have always find Ideal to be extraordinarily profession, always punctual, provides a complete oral and written explanation of the work that was done as well as any potential problems. There have been a few occasions where we have required emergency repair. They have always returned my call in a timely manner and has adjusted their schedule to service my issue. Costs have always been extraordinarily reasonable. It gives me a feeling of security to know that they are only a phone call away. For all the reasons listed above, I recommend Ideal Comfort HVAC without any reservations and provide my highest endorsement.
3/24/20 Plaistow Nh had a power outage because of the snow storm and fried my primary control on the burner leaving me and my fiancé with no heat. Jay came within 15-20 mins of calling him and replaced what needed to be replaced. I’m huge on customer service and being a young new home owner I was expecting to get overcharged but didn’t. Got treated with respect and priced fairly. Earned a new client.
Was having issues with my boiler and water heater at the same time in my new place. Jay came out almost immediately and serviced my boiler and replaced the water heater. Had heat and hot water in no time. Highly recommended, fair professional
