Set up appointment on a Sunday for a broken A/C for Monday or Tues. Call Monday and am told I will have someone Monday evening and have email stating the same. Call Around 5:30 PM Monday to get an update and am told my appointment is now Wed 2-4. Call Wed around 5 to get an update on when they may show up. Get a response they will call me when they are on their way but may not be that day. So now I'm supposed to stay home day after day and hope that I get lucky and they may give me a call? Call Thursday to try to get a day and they do apologize for what I was told Wed, but the Dispatcher is on the phone and will call me back with an update. The dispatcher never called back. I call a competitor Thursday, they give me an appointment for next Wed but will try to squeeze me in before the weekend. Get 2 calls from them Friday and they showed up to fix it. Was a customer of this place for over 20 years and now that is gone as I will continue to do business with the competitor. I get there are issues and they are shorthanded, but that kind of communication is such poor treatment of the customer. I will not do business with this company again.
Our AC worked fine until they came to service it yesterday, and then nothing but warm air blowing all night and all day today—I called first this morning to have them come back out to fix whatever it is they did; they were scheduled to meet me at my home again at 5pm today (during my break between job #1 and #2) but they no called, no showed, and I was 45mins late to my second job because I was waiting on them…🤬

Brian was very professional and explain things fully. He did a great job fixing our system.
First time I have used Strogens heating and cooling. Brian and Sean came out and Brian was the HVAC tech and he was great. Told me what he was doing and showed me also. He checked the system out and noticed a hole in the intake side, and taped it up. He then checked system under a load and explained what he found out.He checked the floor vents and oped them as some were closed. Sean checked the age of the HVAC and also out hot water heater. Brian explained the different maintance warranties. They were both great and I would recommend Strogens again. Thank you again, Ron L.

Brian and Sean came out for routine service. Very efficient-answered all the questions and noted that the furnace filter needs to be replaced and will schedule that. Very satisfied with the service.

Yesterday we had our spring cleaning and check up done on our mini split system. This was the first time that we had Noah as the technician. He was outstanding, knowledgeable, and very courteous. He is welcome in our home anytime. I want to thank Noah again for his great work.
Strogen's took a non-prior customer emergency call and had a qualified technician out to residence within 12 hours. The technician explained the issue and answered questions professionally.
Noah did a great job tuning up our AC for the season. He was thorough, easy to communicate with, friendly and left the place clean.
We have been customers of Strogens for nearly 8 years. Everything about them is top notch. Making appointments is easy, they are extremely responsive in an emergency. Technicians are always polite and listen to your problems and always explain what service they provided. We have a service contract which has proved invaluable over the years.
Cody came for our annual AC service today, discovered a defective capacitor which he replaced. Considering outside unit is 20+ years it was extremely reasonable and we are golden, thanku Cody.

I've always had pretty good service from Strogens, but today I had excellent service. Noah was very thorough, probably the most thorough anyone has been any corrected a flaw in my air conditioning system. Excellent work, thank you Noah!
