Estimate was not as accurate as it could have been, and the invoice initially had no dollar value associated with it!

Woke up to find central air was out on a 90° day called to request a service call and got a response within 30 min on a Saturday late afternoon spoke with tech and he showed up within the hour solved the problem and then found out it was the owner ,very satisfied with his professionalism and was told to call back if anything else was needed on Sunday quite the service thank you very much
I used Joy's HVAC last year for a complete replacement of my HVAC system. They were through, responsive, and professional. They took time to explain the details of the system to me carefully and were pleasant and easy to deal with through the whole process. I recommend them highly.

I was impressed with the professionalism, being personable and down to earth, knowledgeable and the time they took to get the job completely done right! They did not rush through! I have used no other HVAC service so nothing to compare to. I will say, Joy HVAC has my business and I would recommend them along with high standards! Keep up the great work!!
Our service tech was at our home 40 minutes after our distress call as water poured out of our boiler!! We appreciate the fast service on an icy cold night to make sure we had heat. Fast, excellent, and reasonable prices.

Not only was Matt super friendly and thorough, the company didn't ask for every penny we have (like so many others tried to do during my mad dash to find help with our furnace.) My father is in the hospital and my mother has serious health issues. While taking care of my mother my sister realized their house smelled like oil. I called Joy's Hvac and they had someone there within 15 minutes of my call. They were outstanding!

We had our Central Air System installed by Joy's and we couldn't be more satisfied. The price for our system was right and the service was and is excellent. I would recommend Joy's to anyone.
Made an appointment for onsite visit in Dover. It was some time out, two weeks. Mike was a no show on the day of the appointment 7/15. No call, sorry we missed or no call to re-schedule. In the summer in NH there is just a short window for AC needs, waiting two weeks for an appointment (which means 4 weeks to actual install) and then not showing up or calling with an explanation is below the level of professionalism needed for this area. Beware.
After a ruff start they came through. I consider us as one of their customers and will use their services in the future.
We had Joys Hvac install a Mitsubishi heating and cooling system in our home. They listened to our needs and matched the system. The entire process was seamless and would recommend them to anybody looking for a heating and cooling system. They are also Elite diamond dealers so we have an extended warranty on our system. I have been so happy with the quality of the work performed that I almost forgot to write a review. Joy's arrived promptly and got to work immediately. They were polite and explained the process. They cleaned up after themselves and even left the yard neater than it was before they got here. I always try to use local companies for work and have never been disappointed. We had our first hot spell the evening the A/C was installed and it was a pleasure to feel the cool! I would recommend this company to anyone needing their expertise.
I gave them two stars as they do deal with Trane and the owner fixed a line to my oil tank he didn't have to. Unfortunately, my unit has not worked efficiently since it was installed. I did let the company know this but no luck with anyone coming out to fix the unit. I had to hire another company only to find out there were SEVERAL things that needed to be corrected do to poor installation in the first place. Luckily because I have a Trane, they were able to be fixed and I didn't have to pay for a whole new unit.
