After getting the run around from a company I used for 25 years, I called ProHVAC for my non-responsive A/C. They set me an appointment for a Wed but said they would try to fit me in before the long holiday weekend. They managed to fit me in on Friday and got my A/C up and running again. Great experience with this company and I will definitely be calling them again the next time I need service on my A/C or furnace.
Can't say enough good things about this firm. Had several of their competition out to quote on putting central air into the second floor of an old house. This was challenging because of the small space and limited access. They were the only company that found an old abandoned chimney to run the lines to the condenser and without running them along the outside of the house. They were fast, neat, reasonably priced and there have been no problems. They come back once a year to service the unit.

I discovered my ac unit wasn’t working shortly before the grand opening of my business. I cannot express how prompt, professional and amazing everyone was at pro hvac. I can’t thank them enough! Use this company their values and service are above and beyond what is seen nowadays. Wish everyone was this amazing!
I called these guys to check out a non-responsive AC unit. They were able to quickly schedule and they showed up to the appointment right on time. Very professional and fast. The issue was able to be corrected on the spot and the charge was just for the evaluation visit. Awesome service and will definitely be the first people I call for future HVAC needs.

Jeremiah was amazing, I can not say enough of how appreciative of him I am right now. I put in a call on a Saturday night when I had about 6 other calls out for my furnace. He was the only one who called back and not only called back was at my place within 20 minutes helped my mother who was watching the place fix the furnace, he was super knowledgeable friendly and professional. We ended up having to call him Sunday morning for an unrelated issue and same thing he was out there within the hour of the call and hooked us up with the right plumbers for the job. I can’t say enough good things about this experience I had and peace of mind. Highly recommend this company and owner.
I was referred to Pro HVAC to replace a very old oil tank at my home. From the first contact to the completion, everyone was responsive, polite, professional and helpful. The crew sent to install the tank were top notch. They, sincerely, went above and beyond in their duties and I am so grateful for their attentiveness & assistance.
After having left eight unreturned messages with other HVAC business in the area, I was able to reach Sue on my first call to Pro HVAC and she was able to set up an appointment for me for a gas furnace issue. Not only was she helpful, but she was customer focused. A tech was sent out and arrived on time as promised and resolved my issue. Following that, I received a professional invoice with a very reasonable service charge for the work that was done. While I don't look forward to having more issues at my property, I am very happy that I have found Pro HVAC and I highly recommend them and will only call on them in the future.
We called Pro HVAC in the process of getting estimates for a new heat pump system. They scheduled it quickly, and Mike M. came out within the week to gather details, and the estimate was competitive. It arrived in 10 or so days and it was detailed and clear. I recommend giving them a call.
I cannot say enough positive things about this company! We’ve had issues with our AC freezing for 2 years. We’ve had multiple companies come and tell us nothing was wrong with our AC and to change the filter. Well finally we found someone who figured out and fixed the problem!! Not only that, but our AC froze a couple weeks after our baby arrived and it was 90+ degrees outside. Our house was SO hot, which is not good for a newborn. Before I called these guys, companies were telling me they were booked out for weeks. Well these guys came the same day! It was still frozen so they couldn’t fix it but came back the next day. They were so nice and informative. We will only use them moving forward!
ProHVAC is the 4th company we've had come work on our old steam heat system. From the first consult to the last part of the job, the work was exceptional. No one else was able to get our system working quietly and efficiently, but ProHVAC did exactly that. I am grateful and pleased and would recommend them in a heartbeat.
They've gone above and beyond just replacing our boiler at an affordable rate. They've helped us keep warm after it failed and made a quick visit to drain the old boiler when it started leaking a few days before the replacement was scheduled. All the employees I've met have been personable and easy-going. Thanks!
Fantastic company geat service
These guys are great! I had a boiler emergency one morning, and Cameron was able to come over super quickly to fix the problem. He did a fantastic job and even answered all of my silly questions!
My heat went out Tuesday night and I had my brand new furnace installed by Thursday noonish. Everyone from Sue who answered the phone, to Frank who came out to assess the problem - burnt out motor to Mike and the other guy who I didn't catch his name and then Steve who helped me get them paid were very professional, on-time and friendly. I highly recommend them.
The whole team at Pro HVAC is amazing. From initial estimate through install and everything in between, they were helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, and hard working. They went above and beyond with our mini split install battling both icy conditions and freezing temperatures. Excellent quality, good pricing, and an awesome team. Highly recommend!
We are SO thankful for Pro HVAC today. We woke up this morning to no heat at all, which is not good during a New Hampshire winter. After calling our normal heating company and them telling us they can’t come out for another 12 hours, we started reaching out to other companies. DF Richard referred us here and thank god they did. Frank came out within just a couple hours and he was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing, was very kind and professional, and most importantly fixed our heating so we can be warm again. While fixing the heat he also found another issue with our system and fixed that while he was here. We are so thankful Frank came out to help us and we will 100% be sticking with Pro HVAC from now on.
