I highly recommend East Coast HVAC for all your heating needs. I started out using them for boiler maintenance. This year we decided to add HyperHeat Mini Split ductless (Heat and AC) along with a Heat Pump water tank and the process was great from the quoting, financing to delivery and installation! Corey from service came out and accessed our house and came up with a winning design of 7 mini splits to do 3 floors and 3500 SQFT! Our install team Mike, Brody and their in-house electrician Matt and some others did a awesome, professional and friendly job! They were very neat and we could not be happier with this upgrade given the 100 degree days our whole house stays the temp we set it to with ease! The heat pump water tank is like having AC and a dehumidifier in our basement (we stopped use of the dehumidifier we had). Colin from the retrofit team and everyone in the office is friendly and great to deal with!
Fabulous service and very quick response when I needed them most; definitely 5 star! I have been using them since I moved almost two years ago and continue to be impressed with the quality of their services and their professionalism. I highly recommend them!
The men on the job, Brody and Heath, were pleasant knowledgeable, on time, careful, clean, first class in all respects.
Colby the technician was excellent. Answered all my questions and explained fully the issues with our AC systems that were found during the PM visit.

The technicians, Keenan & Bryan, came to our home when they said they would and promptly started to work. They both were knowledgeable, courteous, thorough and neat! They explained and answered what and why they were doing to get our mini-split system installed and running. Everything looks great and we are very pleased with how the install turned out.

We are very pleased with the installation of a minisplit ac system by east coast heating & air. The entire process from start to finish was very easy. The consultant & install team were polite, promp, knowledgeable, neat, organized, patient answering any questions & hard-working. It is obvious that they were well trained & worked as a team. The pricing was very fair. Earlier we had installed a furnace after the flood at the beach also by East coast heating and cooling . They came to our rescue immediately 2days before new years so that we were warm & comfortable for the winter. Again that team was was equally all of the above-mentioned. Once again East Coast performed flawlessly. Two polite, professional technicians who diagnosed the ac issue and determined the needed fix within an hour.

The technician that came was very professional. Got everything done in a very reasonable amount of time. I think he was here maybe a half hour he did leave a voltage meter here so if you want to stop by and pick it up tomorrow that be fine it right now it’s down in the seller. Thank you very much. We have used East coast for several years for annual maintenance of 3 systems. We are always satisfied but especially this most recent visit. Our service person, Mathieu was exceptional! He went well above and beyond a basic maintenance, doing a very very thorough cleaning of all parts of our units. He was punctual, professional, neat and courteous. I highly recommend him and his company.

Just had annual service on our air conditioner by East Coast. The technician (Colby) was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer all our questions and did an excellent job servicing our unit. Customer service was outstanding. We highly recommend East Coast for your HVAC needs.
After a miscommunication btwn dispatch & technician led to an appointment much more challenging than anticipated, Mathieu B (the tech) was candid, professional and dedicated to finding a way to make it work. Our minisplit AC was getting it's annual service, and upon arrival he quickly realized the unit was a good twenty feet high on our wall. The project required an extended ladder and was a two person job. While it sounded like we'd need to reschedule, he worked on the outdoor condensor while a second tech was located to come on the same day to ensure the work could get done and not reschedule. All in all they spent about 4 hours at our home, got to the high unit, took it apart, cleaned it thouroughly (sharing before/after photos) and made sure to do a detailed cleanup after the fact to make sure the surrounding space all looked as good as arrival. Mathieu also assured that detailed notes were added to our account so that next summer they came prerpared with two people for the job. Thank you EC HVAC!
East Coast and their Install Team did a professional job installing and testing our multi-split heat pump system. A week of mild weather so far and we are very happy with the results. Bryan Carroll and Walter House were very thorough, taking time to do the job right reflects well on them and the company. The electricians and installers had the system up, tested, and running paying attention to the details. I can't thank them enough!

My previous guy retired and I decided to try East Coast HVAC. Great decision! Mathieu did a really thorough job going over and cleaning my 15+ year old a/c system. He was very informative about what he had done and the condition that it is in. He listened to my concerns and addressed them all. I would highly recommend and will look forward to seeing East Coast back in the fall to clean my oil burner. Thank you!
