Great experience! I was having issues with the furnace constantly running and blowing cold air. Very friendly and explained what the issue was. I would recommend them to family and friends and will be bringing all my business to them.

I would never again hire nor recommend this company as I value honesty and integrity (as well as my personal property). Mistakes happen; it's how they are dealt with that matters most. Small Claims Court agreed that improper installation of a condensate pump by HeatPro caused the damage to my home and property, not a fictitious "defective" part.
Great techs and very knowledgeable, provided me with a wealth of knowledge. Had an annual maintenance on my oil burner. Will be my service company going forward for both Heating and cooling.

Heat Pro did all they could to get my furnace running after the blower and gas valve stopped working. Parts are hard to find for my 22 year old furnace but they were able to find them through various sources. Very courteous and professional. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

The folks at HeatPro LLC are awesome. Every service person I've worked with has been professional and kind. I've never felt uncomfortable having them in my home when I'm here alone, and they explain what they did/need to do like I'm not an idiot, which I appreciate. On top of that, they seem to get things working like new every time. Great company to work with!

Very happy with HeatPRO. After our install of our new boiler we have had some issues, no the fault of Heat PRO but our old house systems. Each time the they responded within 24 hours and got the job done within the day of or within two days. Each time have been very patient and kind. We had an issue with our oil burning furnace creating fumes when it kicked on yesterday and it seemed to be running poorly creating concerning noise. We sent HeatPro an email at 10:00pm last night and they replied by 7:00 this morning and sent a technician out to us by 8:00am. They did not hesitate to go above and beyond for us and ensured they would have it repaired for us today…and they delivered! We couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a great HVAC company. Thank you, HeatPro!
