Diamond Mechanical has been super helpful; punctual, professional and always high-quality work. We've used them for installation and maintenance of a new system, and common repairs of an old system. Mike and Jen have both helped after regular office hours trouble shoot problems over the phone with pictures and email. And when needed they've always shown up on time and solved the problem quickly. Highly recommend.

I had three contractors submit bids for installing two mini splits in our home in Lee. One was a replacement for an old Samsung unit and the other was a new unit for our master bedroom suite. Both were Mitsubishi high efficiency AC/heat pumps. Mike of Diamond Mechanical was the third contractor to visit. He was clearly the most knowledgeable of the three although not the least expensive. The job was very professionally done which was most important to us. The proposal submitted by one of the other contractors would have required placing the wall units in places where they would not work as well in cooling the living space. Mike proposed alternatives which have worked out very well for us. Because of supply issues, the units were installed several months later than we were originally told. My only complaint is that we weren't kept informed of the delays, a common complaint about contractors these days. I felt that the responses to my inquiries were somewhat terse and not particularly friendly perhaps because of inquiries from other customers as well. When the units were finally installed, Mike apologized for the delay and only then did I learn the reason. During the installation he was helpful and friendly, answering all my questions. His office followed up to be sure that we were satisfied and if we had any problems with the units. They run beautifully. We are so glad we have them.

We recently used Diamond Mechanical for mini split installation and were very pleased with the quality of both the product and the work. Mike and his team have installed a number of units in our neighbored, and we will continue to call Diamond for future services.
Diamond Mechanical replaced our old boiler with a new Rinnai high efficiency system. I was out of state during the process and they were very responsive in all communications by email and text, and came right out to assess the old system, provide quoted options, and schedule the new installation. The new boiler looks great and works well, and I'd certainly recommend their services.
Mike and his team from Diamond Mechanical were on time, transparent and reliable in the information they provided to me during their scheduled visit to do AC/Furnace cleaning. I would definitely recommend them.

Our heating system sprung a leak during the really bad cold snap this winter. Diamond Mechanical came over after we sent a short video of the leak. Mike diagnosed the issue and repaired the problem very quickly. I would recommend Diamond Mechanical for all of your heating and cooling needs. We will definitely be using them in the future.
Zero stars!!!!! Our furnace worked fine before they came to clean it and now it doesn’t fire at all!!!! Took panel off to find nasty dirty filter and dirty everything so we didn’t even get the service we paid for on top of it now not working. While here they covered my dryer in dirt and when my husband asked if they were going to clean up after themselves the young man grabbed spray and wash off my shelf of laundry supplies and spread it around. My husband called about it not working now and they said they noted it didn’t work before they cleaned it and that’s just an out n out lie as well as charging for cleaning it clearly never received. We were given no copy of this “note” nor any paperwork or receipt. Beyond bad business to lie about doing the job you were paid for and then to lie and say it didn’t work prior is just shameful! Next steps is calling the BBB since your company wasn’t only unprofessional to start but even less than when made aware of the problem you lied instead of rectifying it! *Photos are not uploading for some reason but will attach later if it lets me
The whole team is amazing and quick to respond. I had never used them but they treated me as if I had used them for years. Mike came out the day after I called to see what was going on. My 30 yr old system needed to be replaced. It took 2 weeks to get everything in order, but Mike made sure I had hot water until they could replace my burner. I look forward to using them in the future. I would highly recommend them! Truly amazing company.
This company installed a ductless mini split at the residence I live at. I live in a large single family home that has a townhouse or in-law attached to it. They were installing this setup on the single family house side, not the side I live in. I believe the system was installed correctly. Here’s the problem. I obviously have my belongings in and outside on the property. I own a new Covered wagon enclosed trailer that was parked in the corner of the driveway which was in mint condition. The work they performed was a all day event and there were two to three workers there from what I could see on my indoor cameras in the garage. I was in and out that day so I really wasn’t there while they did stud work. Somehow during the day they damaged my trailer in two separate places moving ladders, or the something of that nature. I noticed in the morning when I purposely drove by to see what was going on, they had long lines and stuff layed out all over the driveway, and that there was a black truck ( their vehicle) parked next to my trailer. We have outdoor cameras on the property, however they haven’t been working correctly so I have no audio of them damaging my property which is very unfortunate. There working now though. When I called to speak with them explaining this situation it was all denied, and the company will not take any ownership to what they had done. This is a very bad situation for me unfortunately because I’m going to have to pay for repairs that I clearly didn’t do. I’m not one to write reviews usually, but I don’t know what else to do at this point. I just wanted to share that one of these employees obviously isn’t very trustworthy.
Diamond Mechanical did a terrific job installing a new boiler at our home in Stratham. Mike was professional managing the sales cycle, Jose was an exceptional foreman, Dylan was a great apprentice, and Nicole was responsive from the office. I would recommend to everyone.
Diamond was extremely quick and responsive to our heating issues. They fixed the issue and we are warm again. Would recommend them to anyone having issues with their heating or cooling.

What can I say, Mike and his team are awesome! Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and clean up their mess throughout the install (who doesn’t live that). We own an older home so removing the old system and installing the new boiler and bringing another zone up to the second floor was no easy task but they did it and did it well. Jose asked me for my input and was open to suggestions on how to disguise the feed and return lines to the second floor as they could not go through an interior wall. My concern was to not throw off the integrity and character of the home and we could not be happier with the results. Not to mention we are all super toasty and have a more efficient product and thermostats throughout that link to our phones! We can control the temp even when we are not home, that’s an added bonus I was not expecting. If you are looking for a reliable local HVAC contractor that is knowledgeable and professional we suggest Mike and his team. We are happy to have them back to service our central air system in the spring and provide an annual maintenance contract. Give them a call you will not be disappointed! Thanks again guys!
