Added a spigot to the back of our house. So happy that we are able to use a garden hose for our backyard now. Prompt and professional crew!
Not only did David H serviced both the heating and ac systems efficiently, but explained clearly how to use the damper and Aprilair humidifier on the system as I am a new home owner. He made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. Area was clean when he left Happy customer. Thanks David H!
Dan came out on July 4 (leaving his BBQ) to fix a leaking bathtub pipe. I can't begin to say how grateful we were. We weren't customers, but will be from now on! Thanks again Dan!!
It was a pleasure to meet David H. today when he visited to deal with a struggling AC system. David was personable, professional and very knowledgeable. More than this, he was more than willing to describe what he was doing and why, furthering my understanding of how these systems work. I have been a customer for many many years and I find that, like David, their personnel are consistently focused on the customer experience and solving the problem at hand. Joy, you are doing something right on the people side. Keep it up please!
OUTSTANDING customer service! It can be very distressing to have an unexpected home repair, and when I got the call today from Jennifer with a quote, I was completely distraught and needed to put the repair (which involved having no hot water in the meantime) on hold. She unexpectedly called me back within an hour, offering a solution, noting she could hear the distress in my voice, and within 30 minuets, Robert was at my door and able to diagnose and fix the problem in under an hour on my 22 year old boiler. They (specifically Jennifer) connected with me as more than just a customer, but like a friend, who was there to offer me help. Supporting local businesses is important, and I DEFINITELY will continue to use A.J. LeBlanc for my future HVAC needs.
I recently had two Daikin multi-zone systems installed in my home by AJ LeBlanc. These two systems have operated perfectly, and the folks from LeBlanc were excellent in every way.
We moved into a house this company had serviced for over 20 years. The first heat wave of this summer we were having A/C issues. We were confident that the company that had serviced the house would be able to fix the problem and get us back to normal. However, the service tech they sent to our house TWICE. Said it was simply a filter issue and that we would be fine. He did no diagnostic services to evaluate the condition of our A/C unit whatsoever. We then called the company to request a different service tech who did do diagnostic services, incorrectly evaluated the problem with our A/C unit, and did nothing to solve the problem. After 2 and 1/2 weeks of calling the company we finally decided to change services to Heritage HVAC. With a simple phone call our problem was solved in 48 hours. Poor customer service, bad technicians, and even worse equality of service. After they had serviced the home we live in for 20 years, and with us having no intention of switching companies. A.J. LeBlanc proved to be unprofessional and unqualified to service our house any longer. Maybe some companies just get comfortable. Thank you Heritage for solving our problem quickly!
David H. was prompt, courteous and professional . He was patient with my questions and displayed a great depth of knowledge and experience. David serviced this equipment last year and I will request that he do so next year. I wish all the service people I dealt with were of this high caliber.
They did good for us, just finished fixing our AC 5/30/23 and the man who came did an excellent job and was professional. Cost was decent. This company also installed a water heater for us in 2021 and we liked their work then as well. Definitely recommend. The guys we had out at our home were seasoned and had been doing this a while so I’m sure that helped.
A.J. leBlanc is great! Great service, great communication and very well priced. I had 4 other quotes and they beat them by thousands. They are very professional and I highly recommend them.

Fair. Honest. Reasonably priced. Very knowledgeable. 5 stars 5 years later… Update! They saved us again! We needed emergency service for a water leak and Dan came out, fixed the problem to get us by and will be back to replace the shower fixtures for us! He was very professional and knowledgeable and saved us from what could have become a much bigger problem! Cannot recommend this company enough!

Robert came out to service our central air conditioning unit and was awesome. Not only was he able to help clean out our unit, but also help diagnose what had caused it to be so clogged up. Couldn't be happier with the service.

David H. & Peter took time to explain the issues with my mini-splits & boiler, showed me what needed to be done, and went into details about all the steps they were going to take to make sure that the issues were resolved. David & Peter also took the time to listen to my concerns and reassure me that the issues will be resolved. Thank you to David & Peter for being competent, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
UPDATE: Matt & His team came out to repair our system this spring. We still feel that the communication and customer service throughout the process could have been better, but we are happy with the end result. thank you
Although we were late to arrive home for our appointment, the oil and HVAC maintenance tech was waiting patiently in our driveway and courteously performed the dual system maintenance without a hitch. The oil heat system and HVAC systems in my house have been professionally maintained by LeBlanc for the last ten years and their professional employees and expertise have never disappointed us, even during the very difficult pandemic period. Dave and Asia have provided the most recent services over the last few seasons. Thank you.
