Richard Morel serviced our a/c unit and we are very pleased with his work. He was pleasant, professional and very efficient. He called prior to his arrival and came prepared to even replace our old filter (we unfortunately had the wrong size filter). He was very courteous and, as with all other Heritage employees, very well trained.
They found a leak in the coolant line, and they are going to fix everything for free because it is still under warranty. The thec was very professional and I was very happy with everything he did.

I have two split mini units in my home that were installed by Heritage-Today I had my annual Maintenance- Mike arrived in designated time frame - I found him Very knowledgeable, and he answered all my questions I had on units- very professional staff. I would highly recommend Heritage for maintenance on these units

Bob and Kyle were here all day connecting our septic and installing a DAB booster system. They did excellent work, cleaned up, explained everything, and were extremely nice and professional. We had two other companies here today performing various jobs and the Heritage team was by far the most professional! Thank you!

Will was great. He very knowledgeable and reviewed the work area thoroughly. He trouble shooterd our problem quickly and found other leaks we were not aware of. A little bit on the high side but well worth it.

Mike D. serviced our home today for an A/C issue. He was courteous enough to call us on his way to our home, and arrived promptly at the time the service was scheduled for. He was very thorough with explanations of what was required to fix the issue, and left nothing unchecked. The service was outstanding, we went from hot and sweaty to chilling in the A/C thanks to Mike!
Todd B did a great job with electrical repairs and changing some light fixtures in my home. He was very thorough, did great work, answered any questions I had and the end result was better than I pictured in my mind.
