We had trouble with our unit initially, but they have resolved our problems.
We had ductless A/C units installed recently. From the first phone call, to sales, then installation, the staff provided professional service from start to finish. I would recommend Custom Climates to others interested in this of system.

We contacted Custom Climates to repair our HVAC ducts after part of our house flooded. It was difficult getting ANY contractors to return our calls this season, but CC responded immediately, structured a reasonable quote for services, and then performed the work in a professional manner - on-time and as-promised. Definitely recommend this company for their reliability, professionalism and direct communication.
I got the contact info from a friend when our hot water heater burst. They came out the same day to quote us on a whole new system. The installation crew arrived right on time and were super nice and helpful. The plumber figured out we had an issue with out propane tanks and even took the time to help us figure out who to contact and let them know what we needed.
Great service, lots of knowledge, if you want your furnace running at top performance call these guys. I am so happy with the outcome and feel confident with the cold weather ahead. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.
We had a Mitsubishi Mini-Split system installed by another company in our prefab home, that was built out of state and it was plagued with issues. Wesley from Custom Climates came to our house multiple times, to trouble shoot and diagnose what was wrong. After multiple visits, Wesley identified and fix the issue. Wesley and the Custom Climates team are fantastic communicators and kept my fiancé and I in the loop with all the steps along the way. Custom Climates is a A+ local family ran business and I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.
Wesley, my technician, is a well mannered professional young man who took care of my maintenance issues, cleaning, and was very informative and patient with me while explaining all he was doing and why. When he left, I had more needed information of the system. Very satisfied, A+ friendly service with a delightful smile and professional demeanor. We talked to a number of HVAC installers and all with a varied degree of knowledge. Customer Climate was straight forward and very knowledgeable. The written proposal was timely and within a short time we were scheduled for install. The field team was great! We payed another company over $3000 to turn up and replace some parts on our oil furnace. After that it would run rich and shut off randomly. I was feed up with that company so I called Custom Climates. Nate came over and properly diagnosed the issues and had the furnace running perfectly.
Get service done on time very profesional crew and they did excellent job.They arrived arround 8am and by 2pm it was all done.Job done right and on time what else you can ask for.
The sales guy was very knowledgeable and and the installation crew was great. I even made them lunch. Happy with my super quiet heat and I have AC now. No more window units. Financing made it possible.
