Very unprofessional. After scheduling an install weeks in advance and confirming the appointment a day before the appointment, there was a no-show/no call. I had to call them to find out what happened. I got a text from tyler saying they dont service my area and they forgot to tell me. Wasted my time and delayed an expensive project. Dont waste your time with this company.
Brand new house, brand new system, nothing but trouble. First the heat wouldn’t work and the builders had to run emergency electric heat just to paint the house. Now come summer, the condenser wasn’t even hooked up to the house and there’sa leak in the refrigerant so bad it won’t even last a week. Half of the days with heat advisory we haven’t even had the brand new system we paid for. They don’t show up. They don’t return calls. They’re still waiting for a part weeks later and now “it’s illegal to refill a leaky system “ - so how about fix it???
Richard at Key serviced my boiler (I've never owned a boiler before) and he was very patient and professional in answering all my many questions. I suspected something was not right with my system and he found the issues immediately and showed me the 'proof' of the issues. Key digitally sent me a quote for the upcoming repairs that I was able to accept with one click (so easy!). This started the repair process of ordering the parts and setting up that appointment. I highly recommend this company, no shortcuts, and no unnecessary 'extras'.
My first experience with them was excellent. Very professional; very efficient; reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
The tech I had tried to continuously fix my problem. More than 3/4 of the problem was to reach a tech that had the answers. Today was a ureaka day.we now know the problem and on our way to fixing it

Tyler from Key Heating was very pleasant. But after going over his quote for mini split air/heat units I think I should lend him my electric pencil sharpener, his quote was about about 40% higher than 2 other quotes!
After I replaced AC filter when serviceman came we turned on AC same to me working great after that so we left things as it was nothing else done I thought it was a little expensive for a service call of $128 just for a look-see was not here more than 10 minutes I thought it would be more like 50 to $75
Both service people who came to my home were respectful and very helpful. Both were particularly careful about entering my home with the COVID cautions. Thank you!
I'm not normally one to write reviews but when I receive outstanding service it is very important to acknowledge it. Yesterday Jimmy from Key Heating & AC came out to do yearly maintenance on both of my AC units. Given the current situation with Covid-19 I was impressed with his safety precautions as well as his professionalism. What I was most impressed with was the time he took to review each system and educate me on exactly what was going on and the preventative measures that needed to be taken with the equipment. He truly was a service "professional"!
Jason thoroughly examined our A/C system and performed performance checks to ensure we will have a pleasant worry-free summer in our climate controlled home.
Walt did an excellent job quickly diagnosing and fixing our geo-thermal system.
