Our AC went out, andMichael Wolff was extremely helpful in getting the best AC and furnace units for our price range. He went above and beyond to ensure we got our install done ASAP since my mom has ms and can’t handle heat. I will always call YES! for any future needs. There were multiple technicians who assisted us and they also deserve so many thanks for everything they did.
Do NOT use this company. I called them asking if they offer filter swap. I explained I provide the filters and didn’t need tune up. I got their offer in the mail stating $49 for the service. The woman answering the phone stated she can absolutely get this done for me, total final price $49. The technician however charged me $98. When I asked next day why they charged me twice, suddenly they claim that I EXPLICITLY REQUESTED tune up. Again, claiming they allegedly have recording of me stating I requested tune up. Never happened. I said I do not need tune up, again the only thing I ever needed was the filter swap. I also have the conversation recorded on ring camera so I have my proof as well. I again told this to the technician personally please filter swap, that’s my reason for this service call. Then when I complained, their alleged quality manager who was beyond rude, raising voice at me, and then of course hung up when I kept stating what service I requested, said she will fight the charge. Okay. Well good luck with that. I have my proof as well, service was supposed to cost no more than $49. If you want to get scammed, go with this company. Dealing with them is absolute nightmare.
I previously used Blue Apple Electric, and learned that it was recently acquired by Yes! Over the phone they mentioned both companies and told me they had formed a partnership. Then when someone came out, they were in a Yes! truck and uniform, and almost tripled the price Blue Apple would have charged. I am familiar with Yes! from another quote I got from them. Though their employees are professional and do a good job, their business practices are not completely honest. They try to upsell or get you to add on a service you did not request. I gave them a second star only because they appear to have kept on Blue Apple employees, who are good people and just have to make the best of being part of a changed company. If I knew Yes! was sharing the profits of their increased prices with their employees, I might reconsider the high prices.
Wanted to charge me $50 to get a quote for an under-sink RO system installation. So I am paying $50 to get a quote for something that's probably $200-$300. Almost any other plumbing company will give you a free quote, go with one of those companies.
The service technician said I needed 7 cans of Freon. He said it’s $500 per can and a total of $3500. Unbelievable
I started my quest by going to my local Lowes to get a mini split installed in my garage. They immediately sent a request and Yes Air Conditioning contacted me immediately and set an appointment for the following Saturday. The salesperson Adam Churnick arrived between the time they stated. He asked what I was looking for and I said a mini split AC for the Garage, he said right of the bat that it would be over $2k just to run the power. I informed him I already had a 220 line on the other side of the wall to garage which is intended for an RV. He then asked if I had gotten any other quotes. I told him he was the first one and he was immediately annoyed and said" so I am making it easier for the next guy". He then said he would go back to his truck and write up a quote. He came back less than 5 minutes later and said it would cost $13,038.00 Dollars for a 2 ton minisplit. e said thank you and he left. I later received the quote via email, and it was a one-line item quote with no cost of the unit versus labor. Worst service I have ever received. I have since gotten several quotes ranging from $2,500 to $3,500 for a 2 ton mini-split 21.5 seer rating.
I called yes man for ac tuning up . The staff showed up and instead of tune up ,he only saw the unit for 10 minutes and then told me that i have to replace the capacitor. He said it needs to changed but it was a TOTAL ripoff, I paid $633 .for the capacitor and its is only 15 dollars online with same product..It looks like the labor for 10 minutea was 300 per unit . Its too much . It should have been good if he inspected everything correctly ..It was a total rip off for my hard earned money.. and then he said i need ro change the motor which will cost 1000 dollars plus.. Now my unit is not the same as before , its even worse! During these difficult times, please be kind and generous to people who are working hard just for your convenience to scam people. remember , “do unto others what you want others to do unto you”.. i dont recommend this company !
Adam Churnick, Thank you for your kindness and help. I’m very pleased with the Yesman company. I highly recommend this company for plumbing and AC/heating needs.
After having these guys install an all new and incredibly expensive air conditioning system in my home, I was told by another company that the air ducting that Yes! had done was not properly installed, and had become detached as a result. I called Yes! to arrange for them to come inspect their work. They immediately tried to sell me a membership package for unit maintenance before I redirected the conversation back to the reason I was calling which was their alleged improper installation of my unit. The person answering the phone told me that if they came to my house they would charge a $79 consultation fee, and then whatever else the technician would see fit to add on top of that to repair the work that, again, they are alleged to have done improperly to begin with. They were unapologetic and unwavering. That smiling guy giving the thumbs up on the side of their van would seem to indicate customer satisfaction, but in reality serves to symbolize an arrogant gloating over a profitable yet unethical approach towards refusing to stand behind their own work. When it comes to “Yes!”, just say no.
Rich did a great job in solving the problem I was experiencing. Explained everything in detail, very professional and kind person. I would highly recommend him and Yes services.
This place is a ripoff, paid $447 to have a bad capacitor replaced in my AC unit, took less than 10 minutes to replace. New 5/30 capacitors are less than $15 online. Also suggested replacing the motor in another unit, charge would be $1016, when the motor cost $250, but then are throwing in a new capacitor for that price. YES Air Conditioning also owns Blue Apple so both companies should be avoided for any electrical, plumbing of HVAC needs.
I thought the work was nicely done, however when visiting the website I saw a $1000.00 coupon and when I called about it no one had the courtesy to call me back after spending 15,000.00 on an HVAC unit. Whether yes or no a call would have been nice. The actual workers did a great job. 1000.00 would have made a difference to me. Or a courtesy call.
My appointment window was for 8am-10am. I received a call from Yes! at 8:04am the day of the appointment stating that they are overbooked and need to reschedule for the weekend or next week. If you don’t have the manpower why would you schedule the appointment. Last but not least “why” would you be using Home Depot footprint of customers if you’re not going to provide the service.
Called three times due to an email stating they would be here between 7/9 PM. How can you see my drain in the dark? No call. No show
Chris Ivory was a real class act. Super knowledgeable and helped me diagnose the issue.
I am very happy and pleased with David's work. He is truly a professional, very organized and know his trade.
I'm happy with the work YES air conditioning and plumbing did installing my furnace and central air. It took a team of 3 men who completed the removal and installation in less than 4 hours. It was like they were never there! Charles Venniro is very knowledgeable and educated me about name brand equipment. Make sure you know what brand you are getting before you buy but you don't have to worry about YES!
Great explanation of my plumbing/filtration issues and suggested resolve. Very thorough and professional.
Sean was great. Came on time, was funny, did great work, and was quick. Will use again.
I called this company to have a tech come out to look at our control panel (I thoroughly explained what we needed). We were quoted $89 to have the tech look at the panel, then was told it would be a bit more to fix the issue. However when the tech got there he charged us $150.00, and gave us a certification that we can't even use! So we called the company back and a lady had the nerve to tell us that WE MISUNDERSTOOD what the tech said ( WE DID NOT MISUNDERSTAND ANYTHING! We know EXACTLY what we were told). Then in an attempt to cover up the extra money that their the tech charged us, the lady LIED and said that that the home had fire damage (WHICH IT DID NOT) which was why we were charged extra. Then she told us that our ENTIRE panel needed to be replaced for $4,000 (the tech NEVER said ANYTHING about an entire control panel needing replacement). At this point we figured that these people, were scammers so we called another electrical company. These people came out (at an $89 service charge), gave us what we needed, deducted the $89 from the work that they did AND FIXED THE FEW BURNED OUT CIRCUITS for $300! the same panel that needed "A $4,000.00 fix" according to Blue Apple Electric. SMH... These people are crooks!
