AC unit stopped functioning, was referred to King Cool, Eddie(Their tech) came out, checked everything out, tried a few quick fixes, but alas the old unit had "expired"! Next step estimate for replacement. Eddie was thorough, went up into attic to check furnace stats and to measure opening for new equipment. With full estimate, shopped for second opinion, all higher. New units installed today, Eddie and his co-workers, worked hard and got the new outdoor unit through a very tight walkway to side yard. Entire process was clean and we are very happy to have a/c back on on the bedroom side of house. King Cool was the right choice and I am glad to be able to pass on my recommendation.
