When our air stopped working, both blower and cooling unit yesterday evening, we assumed we'd be out of commission for the next few days, not a fun prospect in the Vegas heat. But they answered the phone outside of normal business hours at around 6am this morning, and had someone ready to come out between 12 and 2 (who also showed up at 11:30, huge kudos for coming early when available). They send out a text with the picture and a bio of your tech, as well as a tracker so we can see how long it will take for the tech to arrive, which is super cool. Love that service. Thomas, our tech, was awesome! He was knowledgeable and laid out as much information as possible, so we knew the how and why of what was happening. It didn't feel like it was a hard sell of things we didn't need in order to boost profits, which unfortunately is always a risk. All in all, 10/10 experience! Fast, friendly, professional, and reasonable pricing, what more could you ask for?

Anyone looking to have experienced, caring and professional help with ANY issues related to HVAC service...Look no further than Vern and Windy City. There are a few good HVAC companies out there but NONE will Care about YOU as much as Windy City. They will be there on time, they will be polite and they will fix whatever is ailing your system. Once you try Windy City...you will never look anywhere else for help!

It's the LOCAL touch that makes Windy City a cut above.. Excellent Customer Service from start to finish! Thanks again, Windy City Vern and his crew are the real deal. Professional, courteous, on time, and respond quickly to requests. I'm blown away by the level of knowledge that both the office AND the technicians exhibit and it starts as soon as you make the call and ends with a "thank you" when the job is completed. I love this family run business that Vern and his wife have created. If you want personalized service that is ALWAYS better than a big company... call Windy City! Fast response. Fully equipped trucks so they can effect repairs as soon as soon as you accept quote. Friendly, Knowledgeable and responsive. I would highly recommend to anyone.
They’re reliable, insured, quick to respond and will answer your call no matter what time of day. They really care about people and your quality of life so when you’re AC goes out in the summer days-dont worry about having to wait. Reach out to them and they’ll make a way to get you back on track living comfortably. And if you just have general questions, you can call them and they’re happy to assist you.
I believe in preventive maintenance, so I called a company I used last year to check my AC and furnace, and to my surprise they said they were going out of business. I asked if they could recommend another AC/HVAC company; they recommended Windy City. I called Windy City and joined its Premier Club to have spring and fall inspections. Windy City did a great job, and the technician was thorough and professional. I am a very satisfied Windy City customer, and you will be too!

The guy who came was kind and professional and provided us with the services we required and even gave us a quote on what it would cost to make the necessary repairs. We have used them before and they were great both times.
My air conditioner went out on Saturday July 3 (of course on a holiday weekend). A friend of mine recommended Windy City so I called them about 5:30 pm and they said they would call me on Sunday July 4th at 8 am to set up a time for a tech to come out (this is the point where I know it’s going to cost a fortune due to it being a holiday and on a Sunday). Windy City called at 8 am and the tech was at my home before 9 am. Thomas was awesome - very professional, great personality and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. He had my air conditioner up and running in less than an hour and it didn’t break the bank. I don’t write many reviews but the outstanding customer service from Windy City went above and beyond my expectations. When you run a business and put your customers first - without seeing it as an opportunity to make a few extra bucks - that to me is first class service. I will recommend this company to everyone and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you!!!
The technician was very knowledgeable but the repair cost was very high. The company wanted 1000 dollars to replace a capacitor, the disconnect, and the contactor. Bought the parts for about a 100 dollars and did the work myself.

For over 12 years I have had my HVAC serviced by Windy City. They are always on time, professional and provide excellent service with competitive prices. Just had a new system installed. Tech arrived on time, knowledgeable, he checked our heating unit to identify the problem, presented us with options, thermostat....ours and old one....affordable prices.
My heat went out over the weekend and my husband and I called several companies no one could get to us before Tuesday. I called Priority and they came out the same day....The fixed the problem in no time at all and we were back up and running....Will definitely use again and recommend to others
