I highly recommend this company! They are the most honest Air conditioning and plumbing company I have ever worked with. They really go the extra mile for their customers and do whatever they can to help. They also respond quickly, and they have very good knowledge and expertise. Their prices are very fair. The tech Noe came to fix my AC on an emergency call tonight and went above and beyond to get it done tonight instead of pushing it to the morning. Thank you!!!
They are awesome came to house & diagnose my AC unit for free! Money tight right now & I was happy to hear that. So once get my money together I plan I calling them back.

Francisco Jr. is a great young man! Excellent service, prompt, professional and trustworthy. He came out to my home on three occasions and each time he provided excellent and prompt service. He serviced and moved my ac unit and placed it on a concrete pad. Later he installed, with his colleagues, my attic “air scrubber” for a “healthier home” and to help maintain my air ducts clean all year long. They were in and out. Excellent company due to their employees!
Professional and amazing work.
Reached out to Francisco because I had a leak from underneath my front door, the technician was sent out that same day. Once they determined the issue and discussed the price they were able to start my repairs the very next day.
Francisco came right out and completed the maintenance on our three a/cs at our house. He was very professional and provided photos of all his work as it progressed. He is very knowledgeable and was helpful to me on some other work I needed done. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
People go to Google reviews so they can discover something about a vendor. At one time, word of mouth served this role. I found out about USA Air Conditioning based on the recommendation of a peer at work during a conversation; his father metioned the honesty of the company. The owner came out to my house and evaluated the situation. He informed me that a repair on the existing unit--over twenty-years old--might not be the best choice. Other options were communicated. He quoted me a very fair deal on a complete system, and we agreed upon it with a handshake! Old school values and ethics still exist. I am currently the owner of a quality installed HVAC system that will serve me well this summer.
I was recommended USA Air by a friend, I wish I had known about them sooner. Our heater went out in the morning and they were able to send someone over that day to look at it. Julian was very professional and honest, two traits I greatly appreciate. He replaced a part on our heater, the whole interaction took less than an hour. Very very pleased and will definitely be using them in the future.
Scotty and everyone I spoke with are great. I would recommend USA Air Conditioning for any HVAC problems. They did a very good job at getting my heat running again during this cold season.

Luis was amazing!! He was very understanding and patient regarding our situation. He was very professional and went above and beyond to get our hot water heater installed. Armando was very professional and installation was very quick. I would definitely refer this company and hope to use their services again.
USA Air was hired by the GC to install a mini-split. However, all the instructions were in Spanish. We do not speak Spanish and they were not able to produce an English version. Multiple requests for a correction were ignored until there was an error code that appeared that no one knew what it meant. They eventually replaced the unit leaving a hole/drywall cutout unfinished. They still have not come by to repair the hole in the wall.
USA Air Conditioning & Heating was fast, friendly, and a lifesaver for us. We had been out of town for two months and came home to find the A/C not working. USA AC&H was able to send someone out within the hour, on a Saturday, and Julian was able to look over our system and replace a part right then to get us back to cooling our house. We could not be more pleased by our experience. Thank you USA AC&H and Thank you Julian!!!

I called Francisco sr at 5 am and he was by 6:30 he worked off and on all day to get my 18 yr old unit working and up to snuff It broke down on my birthday and the high was 114 degrees !! Thank USA for the great service and the great price

When I originally called our connection wasn't good to the point I had to hang up. He called me back 2x the first time I wasn't available the second time he just happened to be in our area. He arrived within one hour diagnosed, and repaired the A/C. I like that he gave a free diagnostic and their customer service. Thank you for excellent customer service. It is rare these days! I highly recommend this company from my personal experience.
Showed up on a Friday for a request to fix the A/C. The repairman did not show up in the 4 hour window they provided and was late. When he showed up, he told us what was wrong with the A/C without even looking at it. He turned the a/c on then left and stated he needed to replace the entire unit and would submit a claim. So it’s 107 degrees outside we have one a/c that is not working. The repair guy did not give us any information was extremely rude and not professional. On Monday I called and the office had no idea my house was even serviced, kept stating they had to contact the repair guy. No claim was ever submitted and the office knew nothing about the request for repair from my home warranty. Two months ago this is the same company who I personally called to service my a/c for the season and they didn’t show up not once but twice, now they can’t find my invoice nor have they contact my home warranty about the cost of supposed repairs. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are unprofessional, unorganized, and have no clue about how to do business. Trust me there are many a/c companies that can assist with an A/C, please save yourself the aggregation of this unprofessional company
