Hassle free execution with friendly approach towards customers
I used this company through my home warranty company to repair my mini split AC system. The company has VERY poor follow through and would not give me a copy of the detailed invoice for the repairs that they wanted to repair. After months of back and forth with them and the warranty company they want to repair with less quality of brand and seer. Ultimately, both the right guys and the warranty company has dropped the ball and it will cost me to have it resolved.
