Some back story: Our downstairs AC had gone out not even a year after I spent $7800 for a replacement condenser. The company who replaced my condensers were no help. They came out and said the issue was with the coil and that it'd cost another $2000 to replace the coil. I didn't have that kind of money to spend and frankly, I felt like I was getting ripped off. One day, my mother in law brought home a business card for AC repair. I am so glad I called Jhonnathan. He offered to come take a look the same day; I was busy that day so I asked if he could come by in the morning. He came the next day, explained to me the process and what it would take to attempt to fix the issue - he broke down the costs up front and I can't appreciate that enough! He communicated with me every step of the way. He ended up repairing the coil at a fraction of the cost to replace it. He also gave me options if I wanted to replace it but didn't make me feel pressured at all. After fixing the coil, he discovered a ticking noise that was unusual so he said to have the previous company come out to fix the ticking noise since the condenser should be under warranty still. Love how he was trying to help save me money! The previous company came out and was of no help at all. They even said since we had someone else out, touching the AC, they don't want to touch it anymore - (Airsquad LV was the previous company and they have terrible customer service.) I told Jhonnathan what I was informed, and he said not to worry, he'll come back out and take a look. He ended up fixing it with no additional trip charges or anything! You ever meet people who upon meeting them, you know their morals and values are high? This was Jhonnathan and his crew. Thank you for being genuine! If at any time I need maintenance with heating or cooling, I will reach out to you. Highly recommend!
Good experience, very acknowledged and quick to complete his job. He never tried to upsale anything or expend more than it should.
Johny was excellent man, fixed our ac in no time with no problems and ease. On time and very polite, just an all around great worker to represent the company. Highly recommend for any work you need done for your ac.

Jonathan and Mario showed up to my residence, checked the cooling unit and resolved the problem in 15 mins. (compressor).
Jonathan and Mario were nice guys. Swapped the capacitor real quick. Solid work.

Mr Johnny was thorough and persistent in solving our AC problem. He explained everything he was doing and why. To top it off, he agreed to come in the same day we phoned at 10pm (!) , on the eve of July 4th and was able to get our AC working. We are so grateful to him!
