My husband and I woke up to a warm house due to a non-functioning AC yesterday morning; not a fun way to start a Monday! A friend had recommended Super Service, I called them at 7:00 AM to see if they were available to take a look at our unit, and a tech named Michael was to our place by 9:00 AM to give us a diagnosis. We had a broken fan motor on the AC condenser unit outside. He also pointed out that our furnace/air handler insides were rusty. He told us he could repair the fan motor and get it running again, or we could replace both units. Considering ours was the original unit from when the condo was built in 1993, we opted to replace everything. Michael made a call to the office to see when it could get done (as when living in Las Vegas in the summer, time is of the essence, I was anticipating needing a hotel close by for the night), and to my surprise, they had what we needed in stock and were able to do it the same day! Less than two hours later, Ranier and Anthony were at my door to begin removing the old stuff and installing the new! Rainer and Anthony did an incredible job; they worked efficiently and effectively. While they were getting ready to carry out my old furnace, I asked if I could get in there to vacuum out the area (I’m sure 30 years created a bit of buildup), and Rainer said he would vacuum it out for me! About 6 hours later, everything was in and working, and I could feel the cold air coming out of my vents again! Not only did I have the two new units, but it also came with a 10-year warranty, a new thermostat which Anthony installed and programmed to notify me to change my air filter every three months, one year of free maintenance (which they will call me to schedule) all for a very fair price! They were even patient with me when I said I wanted to remove the unit cover and put it back on myself (since it is a different method than I was used to doing to change my air filters) and showed me the proper way. Because of Juan Fernandez I’ll stick with Super Service Cooling & Heating for all my HVAC needs. He didn’t have to but he went above and beyond explaining to me what he was checking for and giving pointers here and there to better maintain my system. It’s like a crash course into HVAC.
Our experience was excellent with this company. Knowledgeable and gave great information in regards to filters. They came out day I called and it was late in the day. No pressure as they did not try to sell us a new unit like the company we had early that day. I will definitely refer them to others. Thank you for being honest and reliable. Hard to come by these days.
Had issues with my thermostat ended up calling super service to come out and they were able to fix it right then. Super professional and friendly..... signed up for their maintenance program with alot good benefits. Definitely recommend!
Recently woke up one morning to a hot house and a dead HVAC. I called Super Service Cooling & Heating, as I have had the pleasure of dealing with them on past HVAC issues, which they resolved quickly and this time was no different. They quoted me a 11am - 2pm window and actually showed up much earlier at 9:30 or so. Not only did they show up early, but HVAC tech Michael (who was very professional, and knowledgable BTW) had the problem diagnosed and resolved within an hour or so. Now thats service! Don't hesitate to give these guys a call for all your cooling & heating needs, cause they're awesome! : )
These guys ALWAYS deliver. I've used them to replace my AC unit, my furnace and to maintain all those appliances. When I needed an emergency repair to my AC in the middle of summer, they weren't just the lowest price, they did it same day. Great experience every time. 10/10

Juan was excellent. While he was doing the service on my system, he explained everything about the system that I did not know before, and he himself is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. He gave me several tips on how to increase the efficiency of how I use my system. Best tech and service I’ve had. Have signed up for their yearly service, and will use them as my service in the future. The office contacted me on several occasions to inform me of where my tech was an approximate time that he would arrive. That is a very appreciated service. Extremely satisfied and happy with the service I received.

Great service the technician was honest and very helpful didn’t try to up charge or push business. I felt heard and considered will definitely recommend and call for any other ac issues
Good for just common maintenance checks not any detailed troubleshooting/work. Without investigating a noise that I requested them to look at… they said “oh you’ll need to tear out the wall and then just wanted to be paid for a maintenance check to move on.
