This is actually a 10 star review. My old rooftop AC died on the afternoon of July 3. Home warranty company has (still) done nothing, so I called Sun Country late Thursday afternoon. They had the estimate team at my house at 7:45 Friday morning, provided me with the best quote I had thus received, and the new Trane AC was on my roof Friday afternoon! Excellent prices. Excellent service. They could not have done better.
Overnight my AC stop blowing cold air so on a recommendation from my boss I dropped sun country an appointment request VIA their website. I got a call at about 0730 to schedule an appointment. Very good response time for sure. They were able to accommodate me that afternoon which was great news being it's been 106 everyday. I got a text advising me that Aaron was on his way right around the time that we discussed. Aaron was friendly and got right to my unit, he was able to diagnose the problem within 2 mins, my capacitor was blown and needed to be replaced. Fortunately he had what I needed on the truck and it was blowing cold within minutes. I felt the price was reasonable for a same day appointment it always sucks paying good money to swap out a 20 dollar part. I will use them again and most likely sign up for a seasonal checkup.
Honest and reliable. This company is amazing! Only recommend this company and no others. Had them out a couple of years ago for an estimate on replacing air conditioner along with 6 other estimates. All others told me unit needed replaced and quoted me prices to replace it. Sun Country came and said the unit was only 6 years old and need coolant added. They completed that and followed up with another inspection to make sure everything was running smoothly. Two years later with annual service, no problems.
Best A/C service in town. Highly recommend for any and all services. Jose responded after a long day, diagnosed the problem and had the replacement part on hand to make the repairs.
On a Sunday, our AC was running but wasn’t hitting the set temperature. I called and got a hold of someone right away. They were able to send Aaron within an hour of calling. Aaron was professional, and very transparent. He did a diagnoses, and even came back a few hours later to verify his diagnosis was correct before charging us for something that wasn’t needed. I would definitely go back for our AC needs.
Aaron was just fantastic! Knowledgeable, friendly, and really helpful. He laid out all of the options and explained them in detail. We really appreciated Sun Country’s commitment to building great relationships with their customers.
Called Sun Country for a warranty repair when my regular AC company never called back to sched an appt or give me a quote. Carlos, the tech at Sun Country, was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I got a text when he was on his way, and his truck was clean and professional--as was the work. Art and Alexis in the main office helped me with the parts and paperwork. This outfit charges fair prices and knows how to repair HVAC units. That is saying A LOT in Las Vegas! I think I found a more attentive HVAC contractor. Will use again.
Called up Ray and explained my problem on a late evening and Martin showed up and diagnosed the problem with in minutes. Price was right, service was done and he explained it in terms I can understand stand. My new go to AC guy when I'm in a bind. That's Martin and Ray.
My AC Saturday went out Saturday evening, I had put calls in and spoke to my regular guy and waited for him to contact me. He never did.. I finally posted on the 'next door app' looking for recommendations and "Sun Country" was the only response.. It was Sunday afternoon and Father's Day! Ray, the owner, actually answered the phone! He said somebody would be here before 9:00 a.m. On Monday. (Today) They were here at 8:15 and my AC was fixed and they were out the door by 8:45.. So prompt.. So professional.. No upselling! I like the fact that they sent txt msg updates.. alerting me of their approximate time of arrival AND with a photo of my technician, Cameron, who was fantastic! I will call them again for sure!
Arrived on time. Honest, friendly and professional. I had a scheduled A/C tune up. I will continue to use them for my heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend.

I have use their services on multiple occasions. They always are quick to send someone out and they never try to upsell me on anything. They are honest and reliable, which is so hard to find and an AC company I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
One of the few honest and dependable Heating and Air Conditioning companies still out there. They show up when they are supposed to and never try to sell you something that you don't need.
I like the way the service technician took photos of all the levels and the others in the unit to keep track of it never had it done that way before
Great overall experience with the company. From meeting with Mike Xavier to Ben and the installation crew. They replaced both of our A/C units, installed new thermostats and tested everything to ensure it was working correctly. Great job!! Would definitely recommend this company! Thank you!!
Michael arrived promptly and asked me what my concerns were with my A/C. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He examined my unit and determined that the capacitor needed to be replaced. Thankfully he had the part available on his truck and was able to replace the capacitor right away. Great tech. Great service. Would absolutely recommend.
