Their Service staff is without a doubt the best I have ever worked with. You can tell they love the job! One day service in the middle of the A hot July. To be honest they are not the least expensive. The 5 star rating is well deserved. You get more than you pay for.
I will recommend summit a/c to all the Nevada’s like me. Try their services and you will satisfy like me. Ask for Jessie and Kyle to just check your system and your plan to your old unit. They will spend time with you to all your questions.
Guy very respectful and informative instead of trying to make a sale he advised on following steps. Most definitely they be getting a call from me when is time to get the job done.
Called 1st very efficient & brought boot covers for indoors! All work took approximately 45 minutes! Last company Elite A/C took all of 5 minutes & only checked the temp! Sean took his time

The technician Kyle was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave my unit a thorough inspection that included pictures of any existing problems and routine maintenance. He took the time to explain every problem I was having. I was very happy with their service and would highly recommend them!
Mason came to do an inspection and cleaning on my AC and did a great job. He was so courteous and very knowledgeable.

Chris Sanchez arrived on time and was very thorough with his diagnosis. He took pictures and explained exactly how the parts worked and/or failed. We received a quote and he repaired the problem swiftly and efficiently. He was neat and took pride in his work. I will now keep this company on file to call for any of our air conditioning needs. Service Technician Kyle explained everything about the problem of the unit. All the questions asked were answered. And Mr. Jason the supervisor elaborated also the condition of what’s happening. Will update you once the new unit is installed. Update, after the crew installed the new unit, it’s been 15 hours since ac has been working and I think they did an excellent job. Those guys are amazing. Now I feel the circulation of the new AC. The flow of the air better stay that way, I just spent 11,500. 🤞

Today we allowed Summit Air Conditioning and Heating of Las Vegas to service our two aged units; as the 100 plus degrees temperatures begin to increase within our valley. The technician who serviced us, arrived on time and was extremely experienced, professional, knowledgeable and careful with our units. He explained the work to be preformed and did it in a reasonable, accurate, and expeditious manner. Upon the completion of our maintenance tune-up, we provided the technician with the initial estimates payment, and did not encounter any additional, surprised, or hidden charges. The cost was very, very reasonable. Because of the exceptional service we received today, we asked our technician to (please) add our units, name and address to their company’s call back system for the next routine winter HVAC maintenance service. We appreciate the sheer honesty shared with us, by Josh, our Summit technician, as well as the support and integrity of this air conditioning company. We are happy, with great peace of mind, to have finally found a high quality company as Summit, to service our HVAC systems in these overwhelming Las Vegas summer months.
Summit Air is definitely our go to company for our Business! Karen is pleasant to talk to on the phone and she always does her best to get someone scheduled as soon as possible! All of the workers always have a positive and up-beat attitude and they are all easy to talk and work with! Respectful, courteous I'm very very impressed. They beat out another company by $1,000 without batting an eye. It was an important to me because $1,000 represents expendable income for almost a year for me The only thing that wasn't done was event check because I had concerns because of stronger air blowing in parts of the house and not others for some reason that wasn't done and nobody seemed excited about it even though it was promised to me. But as far as their work I have no complaints in fact they were really sweet and very careful with my pups and everything
