Good prices. But got you waiting when they make an appointment, don’t call to tell you what’s happening, I think that’s bad 😡

Customer service is outstanding! I was out of town when I made the arrangements for my hvac/split system install. James submitted plans to my HOA for approval and kept me informed during the entire process. Once approval was obtained, they installed within a day. The entire team (including office staff, service technicians, etc are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend Southwest Air Conditioning Service to my friends.
Always prompt. I will never call a different hvac service company. When you find the best, stick with them. James Halverson is one of the hardest working individuals I know. As long as he is driving this ship, I'm on board.

I have used SWAC for the last 16 years and they have always been very prompt, professional, and quick! We have rental properties and they are the only company we trust to be honest with us regarding the equipment or repairs we need and their rates are EXTREMELY fair! this company is so awesome and honest and quick! I have used them about 5 times over the years at 2 different residences and will continue to. they come quick (earlier than estimated) fix everything quickly & have never ripped me off.. its refreshing to be able to trust a company these days!!!

I would like your definition of 'fair pricing" as Paris quoted me a price last yr., saying your prices were going up Oct. 1. We paid $7100 and my neighbor just had your company put in the exact unit - a/c and furnace and paid $6300 this summer. Explain please. Too, our house now sounds like a wind tunnel as your solution to my bedroom being 4-6 degrees warmer than the rest of our house was to close off some of the ceiling air vents. I never had this problem with the old unit, which was also an American Standard, 5 ton. I actually have to turn our TV louder when it comes on and it awakens us during the night. I did not get the post-installation furnace check either. The A/C was checked only. Please advise.
This was the worst service I've ever received , ANYWHERE. They are super slow, come in take a glance then quote you a sky high number to fix it, then they take for ever to do the work! I called another Air conditioning company and it literally cost me half and then they preformed the work 3x as fast! Id never use Southwest Air conditioning for anything ever again.
