Look at the photo my unit exploded , lots of companies told me I needed to replace it . Snow frosty said they would try to fix it and they did . Thank you I could not afford a another unit

BEWARE: i have lived in Vegas for 20 years and dealt with different ac companies throughout the years and this has been the worst experience ever. They lie to you about when they are going to be at your house and have zero communication. People who work for this company are unbelievably unhelpful and rude and couldn't care less about getting the job done. After they refused to acknowledge their mistake they had the audacity to cancel the warranty order. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. There are far better ac companies in this city who actually care about getting your ac working.
These are the guys you want to call , don't worry about calling anyone else in town call them .

I have used Snow Frosty for the past 5 years on all my properties. They are truly the best. Senior did not want to charge me for the loose tubing he found that was causing the feedback sensor to not let the furnace fire up. I had to insist for him to take a service charge for him coming out. I have purchased goodman system from them as well for my henderson property and works like a charm. Great family organization.
Snow Frosty came out for a unit inspection, and did not charge me when they found out I had a loose thermostat wire! I was about ready to tell them to rip the old thing off the roof and put a new one , I can honestly say I appreciate the honesty.
I talked to them on tuesday. They said they would come out wednesday. Come wednesday evening i call to find out whats going on and the said they have to wait for water heater to come in. Called thursday morning. Water heater in but have to have guys pick it up and come over. A little adter 4. Waited nobody comes call again guy says they will be here when they can. 8pm and still nobody. Had to call again. Had to reschedule for next morning. 7 am nobody calls ir shows up. Call AGAIN. Guy says they werent allowd to go in until around 9 am. Today it is 1030 and still waiting. So unproffessional. Doesnt call or communicate at all. Very innacurrate on timing. Now the whole water heater drained all over my carpet and into the walls
