Saw the Tiktok video of your employees pulling over to help out a gentleman who was practice tricks with his wheelchair and had a tumble. Just wanted to shout those guys out for reminding us all what compassion for each other looks like ❤️
I’m not gonna lie I’m not a customer of this wonderful company, but I watched an employee of SNAP stop traffic to exit his vehicle and help a man that had fallen over in his wheelchair. Without hesitation he got out and rushed over- and even continued rushing over after the man in the wheelchair had exclaimed he was okay. SNAP has a phenomenal employee here with a heart larger than Earth, and if he can be identified he deserves praise and honor. I don’t live in Vegas, I live in Texas, but this company has my utmost respect for their choice of employee. 5 stars without a question.
So I was going to get really upset with snap this morning. BUT their employee Mark is amazing. His attitude, his work ethic is amazing. And great at explaining everything. He is such a happy person that is puts you in a good mood. Thank you Mark!
Called these guys out for a leaking tub faucet that turned out to be a corroded and busted cartridge. They sent Chris Prince and he was great. He was really responsive, very professional while remaining friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!

Their plumbing team is full of experts , they were able to diagnose a leak in my slab . Fixed the leak and changed my water heater while they were at it. Clean and beautiful work. 100/10 recommended
toilet repair
The owner of the company lied to old republic saying that he did have a leak detector at my property when in reality he did not have the proper equipment and did not do anything and he only looked around. Also his receptionist tried to convince me to break my bathroom floor without them knowing where the leak was coming from. I told him "There is no way I am allowing this" Then the owner of SNAP called me 5 minutes later and started to threaten me by saying that he will "show up at my house and show me who he is." If you are reading this stay away from this company for your own safety.
My HOA sent a notice that my condenser was icing over when it got below 30 here. SNAP responded promptly and provided service on a week. 10/10 stars!
Had a plumbing issue that SNAP easily resolved quickly at a very fair price. Will definitely use this company again. Refreshing to find an honest company with great customer service. Highly recommend to anyone in need of their services
Really unprofessional, showed up late to the appointment. Call several times to find out what was going on, and all gave me different stories. Would not recommend them worst customer service, tech did not even summit work order until my insurance call them to find out what was going on.
One of the worst experiences of my life. Poor customer service. Had problems with a new install from day one. It took two weeks to finally get a response. No follow up. No compassion or regard for my concern. I finally had to call in an electrician to fix the problem. Do not call this company for anything!
unbelievable. these idiots were sent out by our home warranty company to fix a slab leak in our master bathroom, they supposedly bypassed the leaking pipes and ran new pipes through the ceiling. the leak never stopped so we had them come back out to take a look. after two more trips out to our house they deduced that we needed to repipe the entire house, that our home warranty wouldnt cover it (which is true) and were unable to explain why the leak was still happening in the same spot. needless to say we got a second opinion and within 30 seconds of looking at their "work" the second plumber said all they did was add another line into the same set of pipes so water is still running through the same leaking pipes. i would very strongly recommend you look somewhere else for any plumbing work because these guys dont seem to know what they're doing or talking about. thank god we only paid for the service call and that our home warranty company was the one to foot the bill for this unbelievably incompetent show of "workmanship". not to mention that there is now a visible puddle of water leaking into our garage which was never there before they "fixed our leak".

I wouldn't even give them a star! Assigned by home warranty yet 2 weeks later they can't get a COMPRESSOR. Finally got it and tech show 5 hrs later saying van had broken down. They didn't bother to notify the poor tenant. Techs arrive with a non working compressor. What a useless company!
IF I COULD PUT -5 STARS I WOULD....TYPICAL A/C COMPANY WITH ALL THE EXCUSES UNDER THE SUN...TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.....ZERO COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMER.....THEY ARE TERRIBLE ...THEY ONLY HAVE 2 TECHS AND ONE OF THEM I CALLED WHEN HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AT MY HOUSE HE WAS HOME. NO COMMUNICATION TO TELL THEM WHATS GOING ON....GOING ON 6 DAYS WITH NO A/C STILL.....ASKED FOR OWNER INFO....THEY WOULDNT GIVE IT!!! GOTTA LOVE THAT.....TYPICAL GARBAGE SERVICE!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!
