Came home from work to a dead ac, after hours fee was respectable, and Tyler came out within 2 hours and was fully prepared to work in the dark, he fixed the issue in 30 min and even took the time to explain everything in as much detail as I needed.
They aren't licensed to do mobile homes.

They couldn’t be any better. When they have a problem , they work at it till they solve it. They had 8 men in a meetimg and they did it. They called me1 week later and checked with me asking how is your air? I said GREAT!!!!
I have replaced two AC units with Sahara Air and had a good experience both times. Jeremy in particular is a pleasure to work with. He is incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive.

Jeremy did an amazing job. Very professional and thorough. Sahara Air seems to be about the most honest hvac company I've dealt with. They don't try and upsell or charge astronomical prices. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.
Called up cause it was getting hot again here in Vegas and A/C wasn’t blowing cold. They sent out Lucio and he proved without a doubt why Sahara Air is the best in the state!
I have owned 6 houses in the last 20 years, also a maintenance tech. I have never dealt with a more professional company. Completely blown away by their honesty, speed, quality and price. Unfortunately if you are reading this and need a new HVAC system it’s going to costs you 30% more than I paid in December 2022. Was informed by the salesman, who kept apologizing for new government regulations. Literally the best experience I have had with a contractor ever.

It's rare that I post a review but the service and price was so excellent with Sahara Air that I felt it's the least I could do to show my appreciation. Jeremy is an extremely knowledgeable and honest tech/sales person. Financing was super easy and 0% for long enough to pay off before any APR kicks in. Brenda in the office is an absolute pleasure to speak with and is very prompt in providing updates. She truly showed they cared about getting the NV energy rebate. The guys that installed my system were courteous, clean, professional and took pride in their work. The day of installation, it raining harder than I can recall in 10 years. The guys stayed until the system was installed then came back the next day to be sure the humidity and rain didn't cause any issues. They were very careful to not track mud or leave trash. Another tech came a few days later to wrap the lines when everything was dry. (4 ton/16 seer Amana 2 stage with AprilAir Filter Love this filter BTW.) Wish I had photos of the attic work. The install is so clean and detailed compared to my old system that our builder put in. I hate to say in this day and age that customer service and pride in a job well done is lost but that seems to be the case with so many companies. Not Sahara Air. These people set the bar on service. Sahara installed my system in Nov. 2021 and are back today (same person, Jeremy, that sold me the system) to do a free pre-summer systems check (that they called to schedule) Thank you Sahara Air. --------- My buying experience---- I started researching local companies leading into the summer of 21 looking for 3 to 4 bids. My 1st stop was Costco thinking that I would get the best price and having their warranty backup would be peace of mind. I WAS WRONG. The company Costco uses quoted me one price when I went direct to the vendor then a higher price when they found out I wanted to go through Costco. Overall everyone at Sahara seems to put the customer first. They are respectful, friendly, professional, informative, thorough, and took their time to listen and work with me to make the HVAC replacement/installation a positive experience.
Sahara Air has been our go-to for the last several years! We have always been very happy with their service and our most recent service, 2 HVAC units installation, did not disappoint! So grateful we have a trusted company to call whenever needed!
Chad was our technician and he was very personal and professional. He was very informative through the entire diagnostic process. I will ask that Chad is our preferred technician in the future. Thank you Chad for your expertise in diagnosing our heating issue. Ken.
We had Jeremy come to our house and do yearly maintenance on our units. He was very professional and kind. He also answered all my questions.
Would not test do the fact it was an apartment. Even though I would pay them to do it. Clark county said they could test if they wanted too. Although they were very congenial about it . One star.
Awesome company, they helped me with straightening up an old AC unit on my 2nd story. Couldn't recommend them more.
