We have been a customer of Royal HVAC since 2008 and remain a satisfied customer for all of their services. Pete came out to our home and performed the summer maintenance on our HVAC system. During the inspection he noticed two capacitors that would most likely fail during the hot summer he replaced them both, checked the system and with confidence assured me everything was functioning properly. We are so glad we were referred to Royal HVAC years ago.
I called Royal out over the winter to do preventative maintenance on my unit. The dispatcher Danielle was so helpful in scheduling my service, very polite. Rich came out and performed the maintenance and was extremely professional and thorough. I highly recommend this company. Great prices!
We purchased a new air conditioner from Royal Refrigeration in March of 2020 after doing extensive research. We had several other companies come out and give us a quote and decided to go with Royal Refrigeration. We consider it one of the best decisions we have made, we are new to Henderson NV. from Los Angeles and were not familiar with the service companies here. We purchased a new AC and heating unit from Royal, they were HONEST as well as knowledgeable about their products (Landon M. the manager is very honest as well as knowledgeable about the AC and heating units they sell) Royal Refrigeration has an excellent AC & heating unit, the pricing was affordable and not over priced like the other companies that came out and gave us quotes before Royal. They arrived on time for the initial install as well as the six month PM, they worked quietly all day from 8am until they finished and the PM went just as smooth. We have a home warranty policy that we paid for 3 years in advance, however we are totally comfortable with Royal and therefore wanted them to perform all PM's going forward. Royal only charges 69.00 for each PM, which is very affordable. I would recommend Royal Refrigeration to anyone looking for excellent customer service, excellent AC and heating units, HONESTY and FAIR affordable pricing.

Faster customer service and excellent atention for the tech guy
If it’s common to charge labor when you are driving to pick up the part I will change to a 4 star rating. Starting a project one day (Friday night) then not returning til 430 the next day (Monday closed on weekends) and got charged 2 hours labor for driving. Service was good I mean I have cold ac now, tech was nice. He also didn’t show up until 430 the next day and then said you got charged two hours cause I had to go pick up the part. Well why weren’t you here at 930am (2 hours after they open). Just feel like since the part went bad why do I have to pay for the labor they should charge the company of the unit for the labor and not the person who bought it. It’s not like I made the thing that broke down. Sorry you offer a ten year warranty with the unit smh.

NOT SURE where my first review went but I am reposting because I truly am a supporter of Landon and his employees who are very kind, very knowledgeable and most of all very experienced... truly happy with my installation a few years back... thank you so much Royal Refrigeration!!
A huge thank you to Elysia, Landon and Mario at Royal Refrigeration! We are super pleased with both our new AC & heating units. Not only did were the prices great but the service was outstanding. We were impressed with their attention to detail as they got here at 8am and left at 11pm on a Saturday and did not even take a break for lunch.
Rock solid company, my buisness is enjoying there fast response time and fair rates. Haven't had any issues with Landon or the rest of the crew. Five stars.
I made an appointment around the holidays in November 2018, and they were able to come out and service my AC unit. There was no long wait time. The rep was early for the appointment. I have had this company out to my house a couple times and have referred them to several family and friends. They have always given me a good price and great work. This will be the only AC company I will use.
This summer my ac wan't working and I called a bad company that removed some part of my unit and leave it working but on winter the heater wasn't working, it turn out this other company took my control board away. The guys at Royal refrigeration came over to my house and in the same day found the correct part for my air conditioning, installed in less than two I was ready to go. THANK YOU ROYAL REFRIGERATION!!!!!
Royal AC came with the lowest quotes, flawless installation they are comimg back to install a miniature ac unit in my weight room before next summer , 5 stars from me!!
My husband and I were shopping at Costco when we were asked if we would be interested in receiving an estimate for a new air conditioner. Long story short we received a quote for a new 14 SEER AC unit for 13,467 dollars!!! We were in sticker shock and asked our neighbor who they had used for their new AC unit. They told us about Royal Refrigeration AC, we called and spoke with Landon he was very upfront and honest with how the Costco program operates. He then sent Al out to look at our old unit and see what we needed. Royal sent us an estimate for 6800.00 dollars for a brand new 5 ton Ac unit!! They sent out their crew and the techs were respectful and wore little booties to ensure they wouldn’t dirty up our carpet. My husband and I highly recommend Royal Refrigeration Ac thank you 🙏 to the entire Royal team you have a customer for life!
Such a relief to find an HONEST company to do business with! Another company came out and was trying to get me to spend lots of $$$ on replacing parts and units and then when Royal (Landon) sent Mario out it ended up being a $10 part and it’s working like a champ!! I will definitely be using them again and referring others as well!
One of the best places in town to have your A /C replaced and/or serviced. Everyone is nice and knowledgeable in the field. MUST TRY them!!
I called because my ac was out the lady on the phone was very comforting. The techs name was Jehovany, he was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. All we needed was a new fan motor, since Jehovany left everything has been running great!!
My husband and I have been serviced by Royal Refrigeration through 3 homes and for 30 years now. We highly recommend this company. They are honest, friendly and intelligent. We feel safe with them and would not hesitate to recommend them!!
