Team was great to work with. They arrived on time and made the whole process easy. they provided photos of the Heater unit and the work done and explained the issue causing the unit error clearly. I am impressed with how quickly they repaired my heater. Highly recommended!
They provided great communication from dispatch to the technician. They walked me through everything and understood how stressful having a heater unit go out in the middle of winter can be. Highly recommend. We love our new Heater.
I recommend this technician because he knows what he's doing. The good thing is that he will suggest to you what to do with your AC/Heater maintenance moving forward. He is a very skilled technician and is very professional with his work.

Residential AC staff were very professional from the moment he stepped into my home. They were very thorough in checking all of the components of my furnace before giving me a diagnosis and cost for repair. I will definitely be using them again without hesitation!

Very thorough, friendly and tidy cleaning up afterwards. We are very happy with our units and wouldn’t hesistate using reliance heating and cooling again - thanks
