Rebel AC's service was SUPER helpful & honest. They asked questions to find out what were the issues before doing a thorough check on everything and were able to resolve it fast and efficiently. Additionally from fixing the issue quickly, they educated me on how to keep my unit continuously running smoothly.
Joe and his team were amazing. They came out to my home were professional, fast, and most importantly HONEST. I cannot tell you how many horror stories I personally have with different contractors trying to rip me off. Joe and his team not only did the work but fixed a few small problems that they saw on their own complimentary. If you have a problem BIG or small I would recommend using Rebel.
Over the many years of living in Las Vegas, I have regularly used Rebel Refrigeration (residential and business) for HVAC and Plumbing work that needed to be done. I have never been disappointed. Rebel Refrigeration has been uber-responsive to my needs/emergencies. All workers have been courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves. I appreciate that in almost every job that I can think of that they have performed for me, the workers have always reviewed their work with me so that I understood what was going on and what their course of action was to resolve/fix it.
Can’t say enough how awesome this company is! Last summer in the middle of a heat wave I needed to replace my complete HVAC system. I worked with Joe on getting a full install done within days. You will not find better service anywhere else. Thanks so much Rebel for being so awesome!

Not a good thing when water is coming out of the wall at 9:20 on a Friday night. Emailed Rebel from their website. Yes I turned the water main off. 9:45pm, same night Amanda calls to schedule for Saturday! Wow. Their tech named D came out and in about two hours work is done. At that point I joined their club membership as he was out prior for a different job that they won the bid for. We now use Rebel for our home AC as well. I hope you make the right decision like me and use them. Non paid endorsement lol.
I use Rebel a/c company for everything at home and for the company I work for. They are very reliable and very reasonable prices. One phone call and they always solve my problems air conditioning and plumbing, they are the best.
Elderly parents needed their thermostats replace with easier models. Called after 5 pm to request help, Responded with next day. Installed the Thermostats. The Technician was on time and very pleasant to work with.
I have nothing but amazing things to say about Rebel, Joe, and their entire team! Our roof air conditioner unit broke in the middle of a heat wave this summer. We got estimates from multiple companies, but Rebel offered the fastest service at a price other companies could not match. We were so impressed by their professionalism, communication, efficiency, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. Had a company come out before rebel and they quoted outrageous prices rebel came out they were honest professional this is the best company if you want honesty and good work this is the company

Rebel Refrigeration evaluated a "non-working" AC unit for me at a property in Henderson, Nevada; late July 2021 during a blistering "heat wave" where two elderly people live who are medically challenged. These people cannot live without AC, period. They determined the unit was non-repairable due to "age" and "usage". Their work was superb !!! From the front office, to the evaluation technician to the installation team members All Work was coordinated flawlessly with skill, professionalism and concern for the elderly people living in that home. I cannot THANK THEM ENOUGH and will use them again and again, if necessary as well as recommend them to others who need HVAC and or Plumbing services. Greg Wood

Joe Johnson and his team of pro techs at Rebel Refrigeration AC and Plumbing are just the best! My entire HVAC system had to be replaced when the 22 year old AC finally died. They had me up and running with a new RUUD system in two days from initial contact. On installation day they ( 4 techs) arrived at 6:30 am sharp and were finished at precisely noon. They were fast, efficient, courteous, knowledgable, informative and very professional from start to finish. They have a new customer for life!
I bought that unit for my walk in cooler 3 years ago, and the guy from Rebel sold that from me told me how good they are going to help out and work with the services they provided. I called them to schedule the check up since they some thing wrong with the unit and they said they are too busy and not coming, i told them tomorrow or next week is fine, i can wait . The lady on the phone said they all book and do not give me a time frame when they have available appointment for me, told me to find another company. I told them since you sold the unit you guys do not want to take responsible for repair even i paid for the repair, it is very unprofessional company and they are so bad at take care customers, i bought the service repair for my store over year and seem like when i did not buy their extra services they will not care about their client anymore. Very disappointed with this kind of attitude and services they have. BAD COMPANY
The people at Rebel have been wonderful. The technicians are professional and competent and they always respond very quickly when I need a repair. They maintain my equipment and the office personnel are friendly and helpful with all my calls. They also do not insist that you must buy some new equipment every time you need a repair, but they can install it if you do need it.
