Whether it’s at my restaurant or in my home Tom always shows up when promised and gets it done right the first time. He’s installed my commercial air conditioner at the restaurant in Day no one at my house also quickly and swiftly. There are many things in my life I need to worry about but when it comes to HVAC I never worry anymore
A tech named Tom came to my parents house to diagnose an AC issue. He came over promptly, provided a very fair price, advised them that he did not have the part in stock. Tom gave them a very reasonable expectation for when he can get the part (24 hours), came back and fixed the issue.
He is able to fix anything that needs to be fixed

Meet with Tom Smith about adjusting my freezer in my pizzeria very nice guy told me he would be back soon with the part to take care of the freezer. Since then I have called him many times over the last three weeks and not heard back from him or the company. Freezer still not working right. Would like it taken car of please.
We used Rapid Refrigeration for our new AC units and moved our outside units to a new side of our house. Not only did he give us a very fair price he was professional, on time, and gave us quality work. I would definitely recommend and use in the future for AC issues and maintenance.
Called them with a minor issue which took other AC units a whole appointment for an estimate. Rapid was able to give me a quote using some pics and me giving them a description of the issue. They were out the following day to know out the issue. Great service with a fast response. Will definitely call again!
I’ve use Tom Smith on many occasions, he’s done thing like taking care of my heating, Air conditioner, he’s done so many odds and ends of things around my house and outside with security lights and etc. He’s fair on his prices, he’s responsible, he always looks neat and clean, and very respectful of your property.
