We were new homeowners who unfortunately had to face HVAC major issues in our new place. Summer just started so we have to do something since we have kids and it will be so hard if kids suffer this extreme hot weather as Summer starts. Our AC stopped working for almost 2 weeks. Can you try to imagine our life and how we suffer? Our home warranty was useless and charging us a lot. We tried looking for second opinions but they charge us more. We don’t have the resources to spend that much since we just moved in to our new place. Until, a friend’s neighbor recommended Prozone. We were initially kinda hesitant but good reviews and recommendations made us convinced to give this a try. Alex Valencia was sent to diagnose and gave us estimates based on what can be done. He was so accommodating and he did his craft super differently from the others. He also tried putting himself is our shoes as new homeowners. He was actually a heaven sent. We were so happy the way Alex helped us with everything and he tried scheduling the installation services the following day. Prozone men came over and did their services professionally with much patience from past 3 pm until almost midnight! That was a great workmanship! They didn’t leave us without completing our HVAC system installation and replacing the furnace and fixing other stuff. Now, the kids are more comfortable enjoying Summer in our HOME.
We were helping a friend who is elderly and was a little scared of the process to buy/fix an AC unit. Alex from ProZone showed up on time and had a very positive attitude. He treated our friend with respect and was very patient with her. Thank you Alex and ProZone.
After three estimates and I was driving home this am and saw Prozone trucks parked at I'm guessing a team members house bc it was super early, I decided to Google them and went with an estimate. Alex is the guy that came helped me with everything. Very knowledgeable in his field. He even told me about a recall I wasn't aware of. I'm referring people to this company bc I respect honest people and this is what I got from Alex. I trust his expertise and knowledge on what I need.
5.0 star rating Excellent customer service. The HVAC tech took the time to help me understand both why the problem with my AC occurred but also the breakout of the work to be performed. He also provided advise for other issues Ive been having with a second AC system.
I had the ductwork and a 30 year old Furnace & Air Conditioner replaced by ProZone Air. Their installers were thorough, clean & very quiet. I barely knew they were here but the improvements were obvious, both when the ducts were connected to the old system and the next day when the new hardware was installed. A portable air conditioner was offered but not needed. Very happy with ProZone Air Conditioning & Heating.
ProZone Air is an excellent company! The receptionist is very nice and patient and Sam and Juan are knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I will use this company again!
Prozone Air Conditioning was very responsive. I called them at 8 am and they came the same day a few hours later. They 100% know their stuff. They are very thorough in their diagnosis and gave us valuable advice to maintain our equipment moving forward. Will definitely call again when we have another problem. Thank you Shaun (ProZone).
I called them around 6 PM. Two guys showed up on my doorstep at 10 AM the next day they were great! They were professional, they were polite. Apparently, my AC/heater unit was completely broke. It took them about six hours to fix it but they did not leave my house until it was fixed. So my family and I are grateful for that. Need more businesses with such a high quality of service. Prices are very reasonable! Highly recommend! Great service
Had a great experience with ProZone. Left a service request Sunday night and got a prompt call Monday morning. Had a tech come out that day and did an excellent job replacing a HVAC fan. Will definitely use them again.
AC quit working overnight, called in the morning and got a 5pm to 8pm window for that day. The tech arrived just before 6, after troubleshooting and finding the problem he had the parts and got it up and running within the time he said it would take, about an hour and a half. It was 100° and a rooftop unit on a 2 story house without easy access. Good experience and good communication throughout. Much appreciated.
We used Pro Zone because our fan wasn’t turning off on our AC. Our technician, David was amazing. He was in time, so very honest & ended up saving us thousands of dollars. We had originally called One Hour Air who told us that we needed a complete new AC & quoted us at 12,000 bucks. David fixed our problems for under 1,000. We will definitely be lifetime customers of Pro Zone. Two thumbs up & 5 stars in our opinion!
This company is SO responsive! I called in the evening and they were able to come out the next day. Narek was awesome! This is actually the second time we have used this company and they by far surpass other companies I have used in the areas of customer service. Air conditioning trouble is no fun, but these guys make the sting a little less painful. I think they are very honest.

I have two units that needed a tune up. Very fairly priced and not pushy about getting things I didn't need. Gave me a couple quotes if I wanted to replace my units in the future. Over all was really great friendly service. I'll be using these guys again anytime I need any ac working done in the future.
They did a full install in 6 hours. Highly recommend them.

These guys were SO professional and respectful. Once they found the problem they went and got the parts and came right back to finish. David was there until 10:30 PM but he finished and the a/c was working great when he left. I would highly recommend them to everyone!!
What can I say these guys were great! The service man Narik was very nice and helpful. I needed a new unit and he asked it for me. They were fast, honest, and helpful. I highly recommend them! Thanks, ProZone!
David was able to come out the same day that our AC stopped working. They gave us a 3pm to 6pm window, he was here at 3pm. He was able to get our AC working in a timely manner and explained everything that was wrong and what needed to be fixed. Decent price for the repairs. And David was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend 👌
I wish more companies were like these guys, old school, honest hard working and professional, hek, I felt like I could invite them over for Sunday dinner!
