AC company was called trough my warranty company. Once the AC tech (nestor) came out I showed him the problem, my fan was making a noise and it stopped working. I told him I believed it was either the capacitor or fan motor. He agree then said it or it might be a safety switch. Once I left him alone so he can do his inspection he came back and said that I had a leak and that my service caps were missing. He told me that it would cost me $850 to get it fixed and refill my system because the warranty won’t cover it because my caps are missing. I told him that I would not pay that out of pocket when I have a warranty company. Once Nestor left I found the caps that he said were missing . One of them was on top of the AC unit were he placed it, the other was dropped in front of my door. I called a different company and the other company checked my unit. He assured me I did not have a leak and that the refrigerant was full. He replaced my fan motor and my AC stared to work and cooled the house instantly. It is not good business to have someone pay out of pocket on an issue that wasn’t even a problem.

Really an amazing company. Awesome service, communication, and just nice people. Got a new furnace and system in my SF home and they did a solid job. Would absolutely use again. And they are a family business which I love! Thank you!

The heat coming out of our furnace wasn't being distributed throughout our house properly. Pablo did an amazing job at figuring out a quick fix that immediately improved the situation for us without having to do a huge job.

AC wasn’t blowing cold. Put in a home warranty claim and Nestor showed up. Took one look and said there’s a leak due to a bad Shrader cap, and it can’t be welded because the coils are aluminum, not copper. Said there are only 2 options. Refill with freon and stop leak. May work but will cost $3k because of the cost of r32. Option 2 is to replace the outside unit for $13k. Got a 2nd opinion, leak was not from the Shrader cap but a rock vibrating on the coil. Replacement cost: $3,500. But guess what, the coils are actually copper and can be welded. Final cost to repair and refill with refrigerant: $800. Always get a 2nd opinion from someone who takes the time to actually diagnose the issue.

Tech was super nice but company wanted to charge 825 for 4 lbs on Freon .. online that is way higher than the average.

This company is horrible. The employee who books will hold you hostage in critical heat. Acting like god over your health in this heat. The owner of this company should pay attention. They changed my appointment without notice several times. Refused to come when originally booked. Then called me hostile when I complained and cancelled my service all together. I asked for a supervisor or owner several times and I was refused each time.

i am truely impressed with this company. They came out on Saturday for a problem that was not fixable and then came back on July 3 and installed a new air conditioner. THANK YOU Pro Price for a great job!

Terrible company. Never returns calls. Won’t breakdown charges. I would never use this company again. Tries to over charge clients. In response to your comment I have called 5 times to speak to a manager to explain why I you needed a crane to delivery a unit to me for $1800. No one would return my calls. Also you kept telling the home warranty company you completed the service and they couldn’t send the service to anyone else. To add insult to injury you tried to send me a bill for service call today for $150 and I have already paid the home warranty the $75 fee for you to come out. No matter anyway. I got a good company to come out today and do the work without the use of a crane. You guys have 1.5 star on yelp and 2 stars on BBB.

Disgusting people. Very unprofessional, they sent a rude technician and threatened me to pay 850 late fee on a 750$ I PAID (maybe their technician is stealing from them?). STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HEALTH.

They take advantage of people and are scam artists. After paying for their crazy pricing I talked to two other hvac technicians because it just didnt sit right with me. I dont know anything about AC units and parts. Sure enough I was up charged between 220-260% more than I should have been for parts. The technician was friendly but if you want to be ripped off then call this company. Check with other AC companies.

This was the worst service technician I've ever experienced we had a warranty $75 service call he came out Monday and claim to fix it and wanted a $25 tip then I called him back the same day and to let him know that the air conditioner still was not cooling he said it needed time for the house to cool off I called the following day to notify his company and my company that the air conditioner was still blowing hot air and that me and my 80 year old mom and husband disabled husband was in a house of 110°, he came back out he made an appointment to come out that day from 10:00 to 4:00 at 4:00 he wasn't here so I called my warranty company and they called his company and he changed the time from 5:00 to 8:00 he came out and told me the part that was covered by my warranty he will put on but I had to pay him an extra $285 to put that part on because my air conditioner needed cleaning my husband went up on the roof with him and that was nothing taken apart and he could not show my husband where it needed to be cleaned but he still would not put that part on until we gave him $285 more dollars he waited till the warranty place was closed so that I could not verify that that service was not covered but he didn't do the service anyway he came ill-equipped he didn't have his own equipment to go on the roof he didn't have anything he asked me how much money did I have so I had to pay him 175 to put that part on that company is a scam
