Had technician Justin come out after hours to help hook up our thermostat to the Wi-Fi precision air was there for us and a fantastic company give them a call before summer starts.
We had a really hot weekend and my ac system wasn't cooling very well. Precision air replaced our heater 3 years ago so we called them back for service. Dave P. was our technician and he came out immediately for us. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He assured us that the unit was actually working to factory specs and that we had already invested in higher efficiency options to boost performance. We are very happy that precision air is here to take care of us. We never have to wait long to get service. Bravo!

Add technician Justin out at our home to replace a capacitor on Sunday very knowledgeable and helpful quick response time and had our unit back up and running with colder air. Give them a call before summer starts!
precision air at time selling air conda........nd that everything would cover part and labor . they not stand behind product. charge me $459 for 20 minutes .my product 2 years old
I have been using Precision Air for years. I had Juston L as a tech and he found the problem imediately and fixed it. He was very thorough and I would have him back to do any of my work. He's very knowledgeable and professional
Dave & Justin were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to get us a good deal on our A/C unit replacement and performing a quick and efficient inspection.
We purchased our air condition units from Precision 10 years ago and we finally had a problem with our upstairs system. We called for service and they got to us in an hour! We really appreciated the fast response. Dave P. came out and got us cooling again really fast! He’s a real professional and is an awesome tech!
Now I understand why this company gets fantastic reviews. They actually take the time to explain what they are doing, why they are doing it, and what it means. The tech Chris was very thorough, on time, and professional. Will definitely use this company again and will request for Chris as the tech.

We had a breakdown on a Sunday after hours. We found Precision air on google and called them for service. We were very surprised that they could come out to us immediately. Dave P. got to us in about an hour and got us all fixed up. He was very knowledgeable and helped us understand how our system operates and how to properly maintain the air conditioner. He got us fixed in one visit, I would highly recommend Precision Air conditioning!
We just had Dave P. out to perform the air conditioning maintenance on our new system. He is very professional and a great communicator. He gave us some options on how to give more life to our system and provided us with all the details by email. Dave made it very easy to understand the necessity of these upgrades and we really appreciated the time he took with us. They are a great AC company!
We need an emergency service call because our air conditioning unit broke down. We called Precision air and they sent their technician Dave P. He arrived within 2 hours and found our problem immediately. Unfortunately it was an original Freon system from 1997 and we decided to invest in a new air conditioner with an excellent warranty. We really appreciated their fast response and professionalism. We are in good hands with Precision air!
Had Technician Justin out to our home for a maintenance check up, glad he was able to show us pictures of our unit and detailed descriptions of what was needed maintenance wise. Call them before summer and get on their HPP program they took good care of our unit and were easy to book a maintenance 😄 glad to of used them
Had precision Air out today, glad to have them here to service our unit. Tech Juston was on time and very informative about my system. He showed me photos of the unit and possible upgrades as well as what our over all health of the system was looking like , give them a call before au..er arrives!
Bought an older home and knew my two A/C units needed to be eventually replaced. Fast forward through three companies and quotes later, I am beyond pleased I came across Ritchie B. From Precision Air. Not only was he professional, he took the time to explain all my options, and also educated me on all of benefits and features of my new units. The icing on the cake for me was the follow up visit by Ritchie to check units and my overall satisfaction with my purchase. He even offered to install my new thermostat, free of charge! I am definitely going to recommend Precision Air to all my friends and family! With over 30 years in the buisness, Ritchie B is hands down the one to call!
Our unit went out last June and Precision Air came out immediately and set us up with a new unit. Our old unit was a freon system and we decided to get away from it. Dave P. came out to perform our first maintenance on the new unit. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some great advice on how to maintain our investment and add life to the air conditioners. We recommend their services and look forward to our next visit.
Dave P. Came out to our home today to do our seasonal AC maintenance. He was very professional and took care of a small issue we had with the system. He even lubed our roof turbines for us! We have used Precision for many many years now, they even replaced our ductwork and added better insulation to our home which was built in 1978. We have always recommended Precision to our neighbors they do such a wonderful job!
My family has Precision Air do our A/C service and maintenance. They have been coming out to our home since 2010 and we are very happy with their services. We replaced our hvac systems with high efficiency 2 years ago and we have been very pleased with them. Dave P. did our maintenance this season and added some upgrades to protect our systems and add life to them for the years to come. Call Precision Air, they are very friendly and knowledgeable, you won’t regret it.
We have using Precision Air since 2021 and they perform our Air conditioning maintenance twice a year. We had Dave P. come out today and enjoyed his service. He is very knowledgeable and he cleaned our condenser coils today which comes with the maintenance package we have. Our systems are older and he provided a detailed report showing us condition and gave us options on how to extend the life of our units. We enjoy our maintenance service and highly recommend Precision Air!
