Polar Air was amazing to work with! After receiving two previous quotes for $2,600+ to repair my AC unit that is only 8 years old, we called for a third opinion. Jerome showed up on time for our appointment, diagnosed the issue and even took the time to work with the manufacturer to find out the part was still under warranty. Less than 24 hours later, my AC is fixed and for much, much less than the other companies wanted to charge. I will be a new customer for life!

Buyer beware on "lifetime warranty" apparently only covers parts for the unit. I got a new unit through them a little over a year ago spent around $8k... Figured I was good because lifetime warranty. So here we are a year and a 4 months later, told the "brain" on my unit is bad, but labor is only covered the first year (convenient)... So the part is free and even though it's an "in and out" job according to the tech... It'll take 2hours at $99/hr for labor. Plus the $49 diagnostic that the unit they sold and installed for me less than a year and a half ago is faulty. Just my experience, but figured I'd let people know. Update: Tech was maybe here 30min tops... Charged for 2hours of labor... $198
Good service and honest reliable quotes. This AC company does not try to take advantage of you like others. I have tried other AC companies in Las Vegas like Silverstate and 1 Hour Air, and now I exclusively use Polar air for both my residential and commercial AC units. Thank you Polar Air.
Thank you Polar Air...your the BEST....I got 3 price quotes on the Lennox Merit Series 14 seer...Polar Air was 56% less than Sierra A/C and 33% less than my A/C repair guy...Not only did I save thousands of dollars... Polar Air included their Diamond Family Plan package for free....I also liked the fact that an Installer/Service Technician came out for free price quote and installer "Memo" was the Tech that installed new A/C unit...EXCELLENT work and very knowledgeable...5 stars to Memo the Service Tech and Polar Air Heating & Cooling.
When I moved to Vegas June 2016 my apartment's air conditioning worked, but barely. The temp would not get below about 85, so management called Polar Air. Two men told me everything was fixed, but they fixed nothing and I endured the heat for a few days before they were called back. They fixed the problem the second time, but the A/C was still weak in half the apartment, and a water leak began shortly after. Polar Air has been up to fix the leak several times because they just can't seem to get it right. Update August 2017: My A/C is still leaking water. They installed a pump to help the problem but the issue is returning again now after doing so in July at least twice. It's been 13 months and they still haven't stopped the water leak.
This guys do great work, I strongly recommend.
