When my air conditioning unit broke, I was looking for a company that could do an inspection on my AC unit that same day and was willing to work with me along with my home warranty company. Pioneer Air came through from Joannie, who answered the telephone, the technicians, and the management team; they were all professional and truly cared about my experience. Heather went above and beyond to ensure that we had portable AC units in all of our bedrooms so we could sleep comfortably at night while waiting for our new unit to be installed. Pioneer Air not only worked with me and my home warranty company but was compassionate in the process. I will definitely be calling Pioneer Air again in the future if my A/C unit suddenly breaks.
owner leo is nothing but a money hungry man. look else where to fix your a/c units extreme turnover in his employees lately and i can see why. very dishonest and only cares about your money will never hold their end of their bargain. you are nothing but a money tree, you WILL be charged 1.6k JUST for the labor not including units and such. look else where for some company that is at least honest and worth paying a little extra for.
I have an air conditioner that is 3 years old that the coil ended up getting a crack. They wanted to charge me $3,000 in labor when the parts were covered under warranty. And it would be 3 -6 weeks before they could fix it. He also said that they could not just fix the coil, had to have a new one. Living in Las Vegas its extremely hot and my house was reaching 90 degrees at points in the day. Having animals in the house having to spray them down with water every hour to keep them cool. I ended up getting a second opinion and they guy only charged me a 3rd of the price and repaired the coil the next day. I asked him how much a new coil would cost and he said around $3,000. Go figure so the "labor" cost was $3,000 which was the price of a new coil. Apparently even though I have a warranty on the parts and unit, Pioneer Air was still charging me for the part. No good business. I would never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
Almost a year ago we had pioneer Air install a ductless air unit in our sun room. It has made the room livable and comfortable. The technicians were prompt and professional. We had a condensation problem and the came back and fixed it right away. The price was extremely competitive. My experience with other AC companies has been less than happy and especially with the kid who holds the flashlight for his dad. That kid is looking for your wallet. I whole hardheartedly endorse Pioneer Air and will be using them in the future.
Very efficient and reliable, came on time and got the job done in a quick timely manner. Would recommend to anyone who is having problems with AC out here in Vegas!
Don’t use. They told my warranty company something different than was told to me. My warranty denied my claim. I
They replaced the motor in the air conditioner. Upon inspection of the unit they came back within a day to repair it. Very responsive, professional, and friendly. Emanuel was exceptional.
Under maintenance call they found all sorts of problems, hard pressure to buy new unit. Got another company, in they found none of the issues. Pioneer would not return phone calls during this experience
1. Gave me better pricing then other companies. $100 less. 2. When they were on their way, I received a call AND a text letting me know the technician’s name (Alex) and it came with a photo of him as well. 3. Alex was on time, courteous, professional and fast. I’m very impressed with this company. Emmanuel was really good and thorough.

Pioneer Air did an amazing job on the installation of my Aprilair whole home steam humidifier and air filtration system. Heather was amazing coordinating the whole process with ease. Saul, Joey , Dave were very experienced technicians.They were professional, hard working, and very neat. They made sure everything was done properly. I can set the humidity levels in my home to my liking with ease. I feel better and breathe better. Not only me, but my home and its furnishings are protected from the desert climate and dryness. They have earned my trust. 100% recommend Pioneer Air and home humidifier. Love them.
Emmanuel came out right away and on time. He was able to repair my burnt out motor for a decent price and get us set to go before the heat wave comes. Very grateful to Pioneer Air and Emmanuel.

I lost hours at work to be here at 8 in the morning. They assured me they would be here. It wasn't a situation of "We'll be there between 8 and 11". They told me they would be here AT 8. When I called, I got nothing but bull*hit from Mario who answered the phone. It shows a total lack of respect to hold someone else's time hostage without at least communicating that you are going to be late. I will never use these disrespectful Ayewholes again.
