I called Passionate Cooling & Heating LLC in the afternoon because my HVAC wasn't working properly, from which cold air wasn't coming out. On the same day, Jason came to check it out & was able to quickly fix it. Prior to that I called another company and the technician recommended to have my whole HVAC replaced that would cost me $16K because it was old. Another option, which he thought wasn't worth it, was to replace parts of my old HVAC, which would cost me $3K-9K. So I took a chance to get a second opinion & looked for another company on Google & found Passionate Cooling & Heating. Wow, Jason, the owner, came out & took the most economical & basic first step approach by replacing an old tiny part that no longer worked from my HVAC to a new one! If it didn't work, he'd go to the next step of troubleshooting. But it only took putting a new tiny part for my HVAC to work again & cost me a little over $200! Thanks to Jason, he saved me thousands of dollars! Jason was honest & "passionate" in fixing my HVAC. The way he did troubleshooting were doing the basics & trying to save his customers like me a lot of money at the same time. I highly recommend Passionate Cooling & Heating because it lives up to its name when fixing my HVAC because of its passionate, excellent & honest service!
If you want a bank for your buck without compromising quality this is your guy. I went without A/C for couple hours nothing crazy. Everything including the replacement of the AC and outdoor condenser done the same day. To include wiring and new thermostat. I opted for financing which it is an option with him. Approved the same day on the spot. Very profesional and live up to his reputation. They left everything clean.
I could not be more appreciative of Jason. He got to my house quickly and was able to find the issue with my unit right away. He took the time to explain to me what happened and why it happened. Replaced the parts immediately and got my AC running again within maybe 30 minutes. He’s knowledgeable and truly cares about his work. Highly recommended!

I had the best experience working with Passionate Cooling & Heating for my AC unit install. These guys are so trustworthy and professional, they really made each step of the process easy for me. This was an unexpected home repair situation but Jason, Bobby, and Alfredo really made it a pleasant one. They were completely transparent with the work that needed to be done and I feel like I got a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond to let me know all of my options and to make sure everything was working properly. I’m really appreciative of their work and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with air conditioning. Really great work done by honest professionals!
Overall great service from start to finish! My AC broke down right before the Las Vegas heat wave started and they were quick to come and save the day. The quote was reasonable and all of the guys were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Within a couple of days my family was able to relax comfortably in our house again with a new AC I definitely would recommend this family business to anyone in an AC crisis.
My old AC died on me late one night after work. Jason was able to come out and have a look at it far quicker then I ever expected. When we decided it was time to replace not only was his quote reasonable, he was able to set up a installation appointment the next day. He and his team went above and beyond what i every expected of a HVAC company. Jason and Passionate cooling and heating will definitely be my go to recommendation.
Jason (owner) was great with a fair price. He provided an estimate and installed the new system the next day. Full replacement of a spilt AC/Heater system. Showed up on time and was very professional completing a great installation. I would highly recommend choosing this company for your AC needs.

We are very impressed, our ac unit was not blowing out cold air. It was super hot on a Friday night. Jason came over I’m sure after hours and fixed it. We’re Very grateful we didn’t have to go much longer dealing with the Vegas heat. The price of his service can not be beat anywhere in town. Thank you.
My HVAC unit was not working. I submitted a claim with Choice Home Warranty and was refer to work with Jason's company. He was responsive, came out to inspect the system, took pictures of what needed to be repair/replace. He contacted me to give me the inspection result and the solutions he would recommend to get my HVAC units working again. He submitted his inspection result to my home warranty company and they responded to me within 24 hours of their approval for the job and my deductible. Jason reached out to me as soon as he was made aware of the approval to move forward to replacing the AC unit. He was going to retrofit the inside unit to make it work with the AC unit. He recommended replacing the inside because it was old and quoted me the cost of replacing it. I decided to replace it due to the price of the equipment and labor was priced where I could afford it. Jason kept me in the loop even during the entire process of ordering, receiving the equipment and set a date to come and install it. They dismantled the old unit, replace it with the new units in 1 day. He sent the drywall technician to repair the drywall they had to cut into to work on the indoor unit installation. They have 1 year warranty on parts and labor. Best part, he follow up to make sure I was satisfied with the job from start to finish. I appreciate that he even registered my equipments with the manufacturer and will take care of the permit with the county too. Their customer service is top notch and they know how to get the job done and done right. I appreciate their hard work in getting my home cool and ready for summer. I needed to replace the AC unit of my rental property so I used Yelp to help me get a few quotes. Jason was extremely responsive and super thoughtful about helping me explore my options. I can really tell that he cares about his customers and will ensure that they get a quality installation. It is no wonder he decided to name his company Passionate - it is the perfect characterization of who he is.
Great company. I got Jason's number from the owner of a gym, within 1 day of me contacting him, he was at my house looking at the unit. Two days later I have a new 4 ton package unit. Jason and his team are amazing. Great price and they do an excellent job, I did hvac for 3 years and these guys really impressed me. I would definitely refer them to a friend.
Not only is Jason, efficient, timely, easy-going, and so professional, he is also explanatory, and as a single woman who runs our own home, I really appreciate that because he takes the time to explain in detail what he’s doing, what needs to be done, etc.! He is honest and trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable! I will certainly only use him and his company for my Hvac needs
Jason was very professional, helpful and you can't go wrong if you choose him! We had our AC go out. I called him late that night and he came out the next day. I couldn't be there due to work but he took the time to patiently explain everything to my wife and guide us through the steps that needed to be done. Thankfully, he identified the problem and we were able to get it up and running that same day he came out. Overall, thankful for his service and that we did not have to change out our entire AC system.

Jason and his crew at Passionate Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job installing our HVAC unit. I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate and within a week had the unit installed. The owner was very responsive and thorough from the first call till the job was complete. He came in and fixed our outside unit and installed everything new in the attic. The owner and his team did a wonderful job and we are very happy.
Jason and his small crew did a very good job with replacing our two 4 tons rooftop A/C units and replacing some duct work and vents in the attic area. Company is very professional and details oriented. Pricing was good also. We hope to work with this company again for all our AC needs in the future.
