The showed up on time. I discussed our HVAC problems they offered various causes and went to the attic and took pics of the coils and inspected the sealing on the attic ducts. They came down and explained the pics shows there was no problem with them or the ducts. They also given the units in the attic and said given how they are laid out they suggested not to install air cleansers as the space is wrong. They also made suggestions on what else we could do, i.e., have a deep house cleaning preformed. In summary a totally professional org
