After receiving 3 quotes to replace my AC/Furnace, I had contacted Pacific West from a referral. Unlike the other companies who send a “technician” out to give an estimate, the owner Christopher came out and assessed the issue himself. The attention to detail, quality of work, value and superb customer service that Christopher provided was second to none. Christopher explained everything and answered all questions and stands by his work. Pacific West does not sacrifice quality and service for value. *Bonus The products are all engineered and made in America!
I have known Chris for several years. He has years of experience maintaining and installing HVAC systems. He is very professional, dependable, knowledgeable and detail oriented. His work is very clean! He improved the original air handler cooling line run. So much better. He recognized the original installation of the air handling ducting was less than optimal. He had a piece fabricated and installed, improving efficiency. He is very polite. Chris stood behind his estimate beyond the 30 days and helped find an a great payment option. Thank you. We couldn’t have gotten better service In Las Vegas. If you ever need your HVAC system serviced or an old system replaced, don’t hesitate to call his company!

Must say one of the best AC company I had ran into they inspect your entire system, and let you know what you need. My ac broke down and had another company come and check it out and said it was one problem. But than Pacific West company came in and checked my whole system and notice that my furnace was the cause for taking out my AC. If you want someone honest and reliable and will tell the whole problem, that you might have with your unit I definitely recommend.
Called Chris up about the old system that had been a problem and losing freon. Chris came out and got it working. He warned me this would not last long and suggested maybe a new AC. I had to call Chris again to come out and relooked at the system again. He got it running again and lasted another two weeks. Called him again he was right there and I said we are replacing the whole unit. Date was set and Chris and his team was here at the time and installed the new system. The new system is running a prefect. I am staying cool and very happy with Chis and the install team. Chtiss ensure the old unit was removed from the property. Through all of this I was so impressed at the Professional of Chris. Was not pressure to have the new system. He was willing to do what ever to support me. I will use Chris again and would recommend him and his company.
After calling around and receiving four different quotes for air conditioners, Pacific West actually said, "Let's see your air conditioner can be fixed." It was the first (and only) company that offered to fix one of our units! Chris, the owner, saved us thousands of dollars and we could not be happier with the result...cool air! We've used his company since. Pacific West is reliable and definitely trustworthy. Chris and his crew are professional. Chris is very responsive to calls and provides options for his clients. We scheduled normal A/C maintenance visit on our new home with Western Pacific Air Conditioning & Heating right after we moved in. The technician Christopher was highly professional and knowledgeable, he took the time to explain everything he found and what our options were, he also replaced and painted all the external (great job!) all at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend these guys if you’re looking for A/C service.
They where honest and gave me options and educated me. When I went and got different estimates from different people they didn’t give me options and did not educate me they just wanted to sell me something that I really didn’t need. Pacific air gave me options I would highly recommend this company very honest and very knowledgeable and good at what they do very high-quality I highly recommend them
The technician was super polite and professional. We had two other technicians from two different companies come to our home before him and they couldn’t figure out what the issue was. Our heat pump is fixed and running so well now. We would definitely recommend Pacific West to anyone!
