I'll be honest, my AC was making more noise than my neighbor's rock band. But this HVAC contractor silenced the chaos and brought peace back to my home. I'm so grateful for their quick response and timely help. Charlie is a great guy, he showed great skills and expertise in air conditioning, and also fantastic sense of humor! Would recommend!
When my AC went on strike during a heatwave, I thought I'd melt like an ice cream cone on a hot summer day. It was crazy hot. But these guys saved my day! I found them on the internet and booked an appointment. They responded almost instantly and dispatched a tech to my house. I was impressed TBH, AC repair has never been so quick, efficient, and hilarious. Kudos to this amazing AC company!

My air went out late Monday afternoon on a holiday. They got someone out within 45 minutes to an hour. Fixed the fan at no charge to get my mom and I through Monday night and Tuesday. They came out bright and early Wednesday. The two installers were so nice, laid down floor runners from door to attic area, just worked so hard. Cleaned up after themselves even brought a little vacuum. The gentleman that came to clean up out front and collected the money also great . I was not home when quality control came out but my mom started he was very nice inspected everything, was on time. The two guys that came to paint around attic not impressed with them. I was not home for them either, but they dripped paint on my wood floors tracked in it clear through the house to the front door and never cleaned it up. I spent this morning scrubbing at the paint and trying to get white paint out of the wood grain of my floors. I am happy with how quickly they handled everything, how quiet the unit is now, I am sitting enjoying the cool air now as I rest and cool down from cleaning the paint. Thank you
Recently our rooftop AC unit started making strange noises. We knew we needed to get it repaired quickly before it broke down completely during scorching summer days. We were lucky enough to find Nevada Resiodential Services Air Conditioning. Incredibly nice, friendly and helpful people, the team was able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly and professionally. They were able to complete the repairs without disrupting our daily routine which is very good. We were trully impressed with their service overall. When our old AC unit finally kicked the bucket, we knew we needed a reliable HVAC company to handle the replacement. We were so fortunate to find NRS HVAC company! Their team was able to help us choose a new unit that was efficient and affordable. The installation process was quick and painless. We now can enjoy cool air in our house once again. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of AC replacement services.
Edit in 06/2023: we finally decided to replace our 17 year old HVAC system that has caused many problems over the years. Our service technician William was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He recommended a new system that was installed the next day. He did a great job advising us of different options and helped us choose the best system for our needs. The next morning, the install crew (Juan and Carlos) were prompt, polite, and kept my home clean and clutter-free during the installation of the new system. 12 hours later, we had a new system that was very easy to use and cooled the house very quickly and quietly. Later that evening, we spoke to the manager (Vlad) who provided us with information on the warranty etc and he was very kind and professional as well. We are very pleased with the service and are happy to continue using Nevada Residential Services for our HVAC needs. Thank you NRS and team. (Review from 2021): This is the second time that I have had to call Nevada Residential Services for my aging A/C unit, and the second time that I have been very happy with their service. This time was not for the same part that was repaired the first time, but another part that was installed in a poor manner by the prior occupants of my home. Within an hour of calling, a wonderful, kind technician named Charlie was at my door (with shoe covers!!). Charlie quickly diagnosed and repaired my A/C unit problem. Within minutes, my vents were blowing cold again - for a reasonable price. He was courteous, respectful, and a pleasure to have in my home. Nevada Residential Services provides top-notch A/C repair, and I highly recommend them! Thank you NRS and Charlie!!
We needed a reliable HVAC contractor to handle a bunch of projects for our business. Happend to find this HVAC company and their team was able to handle everything from minor repairs to major installations. Many contractors are abrupt and act like they're doing you a favor to do work for you. I found just the opposite with this company. NRS is professional and goes out of the way to make you happy. The last company came and told me my air conditioner was not up to code shut it off and said it needed to be replaced. Nrs was honest and looked at it and said it was old but there was nothing wrong it. Guess who I'm going to use when it comes time for replacement.

I'm tired of sweating in my garage, in the summer I have it almost like in a sauna. Finally made up my mind and decided to install Ductless AC there. A friend recommended these guys, for which I am very grateful to him. The guys offered a decent system and it was relatively inexpensive. We chose a day and time that suits me in advance. They did everything in the best possible way, the team arrived on time, quickly installed everything, connected it, launched it and checked it out. The techies cleaned up after themselves the whole mess that was formed during the installation, for which special thanks to them. Good experience, good team. Thanks to all!
NRS is simply the best HVAC contractor in this part of Vegas. I tell you this as the owner of a dozen houses and apartments with various AC systems that they have successfully serviced for me for more than five years. It doesn't matter if it's an HVAC repair, regular checks, tune-up's or a replacement - everything is always done in the shortest possible time and at a very good price. Good luck guys!
Thank you very much for your timely help. It’s not every day that you find yourself in a situation where the air conditioning system in your house suddenly breaks down. Especially when you have a house full of guests at this time. I am very grateful to the guys for the fastest possible response to our request for emergency repair. Other companies offered, at best, options for the next day, but the Nevada Residential Services agreed to help us and were able to organize a trip to us as soon as possible. 2 hours later our air conditioner was already working again. Thanks again. Now I am your regular customer!
I've never had an air conditioner problem before. I tried to fix it myself, tried to find a good freelance HVAC technician, but after two unsuccessful AC repair attempts, I decided to call the professionals. NRS customer service immediately made it clear that I got to the right address. Everything is very well organized. Scheduled an appointment for a technician to visit my house on the same day. The guy arrived on time, introduced himself, I showed him where my AC unit was and he immediately got to work. Experience and understanding of what needs to be done was felt literally in everything he did. He performed the diagnostics and identified the problem so quickly and competently that I didn’t even have time to finish my freshly brewed coffee. He explained and showed me what was causing the issues, we discussed the options for solving the problem, I made a choice and Charlie fixed everything within an hour and successfully returned my air conditioner to full working order. Once again, I am convinced that sometimes it is better to immediately call specialists than to try to look for some unreliable, intermediate solutions. Thanks for the help!
Excellent AC company. Tech carefully checked everything and saved me from a lot of problems. The system was acting up a bit, called them in for preventive maintenance before the summer. Thank God that I was not too lazy to do this, otherwise in 2-3 weeks I would have got into a most unpleasant situation with a broken air conditioner in the middle of the summer in Vegas. Nevada Residential replaced one of my HVAC units a couple of years ago, and they have been doing regular semi-annual maintenance on both my units since then. Everyone I've encountered from this company has been knowledgeable and professional, and Charlie in particular is awesome. During a regular maintenance visit, Charlie identified a ducting issue with my older unit that was causing one room to be warmer than the rest of the house. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and the options. When I was ready to proceed, he went above and beyond to fit me into his schedule quickly, and as always he did a beautiful job. The pride he takes in his work really shines through - knowing my HVAC system is in his hands really gives me peace of mind.
