I made an appointment to have a part installed that another company recommended, but decided to have Mr. Cool install the part because it was 3 times less expensive than the other company had quoted. Josh, the owner, came out and took a look at the AC first before installing the part. It turns out that we didn’t even need to have the part installed. Josh was super knowledgeable and transparent. I really appreciate his professionalism and honesty. He could’ve just installed it and not said a word and I wouldn’t have even known we didn’t actually need it. I’ll definitely be using Mr. Cool for all future HVAC needs. Thank you so much, Josh!
Nick arrived on time and identified the issue very quickly, he provided good feedback ,and tips for my a/c unit and the thermostat. Including possible options in case I have repeat issues. In addition, scheduling the appointment was very easy. Quality service all around.
We had a system that was who knows how old, but was ready to go at anytime. We got a few estimates for replacing it....and Mr Cool was $8,200 cheaper than the lowest one. The workers were clean and respectful, they put in a great Trane unit with a great warranty. If you are looking for quality work and equipment for the BEST price, don't waste your time ....just call Josh at Mr. Cool
I had another company come out the day before for a quote and they said I needed a new unit which was over $12,000. Mr. Cool came in and changed out the igniter, $180. I truly appreciated this honesty and recommend this company 100%.
Matt was amazing!!! He was very informative and professional explained, every detail of my Heating system..My system was not working properly, so I called my home warranty and they sent out (Mr. cool ) I was a little concerned based off of some reviews I had read.. However my experience was great they came out on time and even on Thanksgiving day!!! Matt came had my unit up and running correctly in no time!!! He checked every vent to make sure that the heating system would stay on before leaving… Erica very Nice on the phone! Great company professional I would definitely use them again!!! Nice to know I’ll be warm in my house for the winter ☺️
During a repair to my AC unit Nick noticed some unattended gaps that allowed the airflow to circumvent the air filter and addressed it, now my AC works more quietly than before, in my opinion he went above and beyond what was needed and agreed for and I really appreciated it.
Thanks to Mr Cool Josh n Nick did an exceptional work on installation of our HVAC full system for a great price too. I was quoted 16k for a Lennox 5 ton 14 seers. Another guy quote 10k for Goodman. MR Cool has great deals on trane units and goes out of his way to please customers. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend MR Cool…. Thanks again ….

Nick the technician fixed my AC after coming home from trip to New York for my bday & a big gift was waiting for me & it was my 2nd floor AC unitnot working!!! I called Mr Cool & they sent Nick right away. He was able to fix it in no time whatsoever. He was kind & professional and very knowledgeable and most of all telling me exactly what was wrong and telling me exactly what he will be doing and tells me how much it will cost me. Price by the way was very good!!! I would highly recommend this place and maybe ask for Nick. Thank you Nick for saving us & thank you Mr Cool for having such great, knowledgeable employees.

Mr.cool heating and air is definitely my new go to AC company . My tech was so helpful and knowledgeable. I called so many companies and this was the only company that gave me and great price and was able to come out and get my ac replaced the following day . Im so grateful I found a fair honest company finally .

Mr. Cool Heating & Air Conditioning came highly recommended by one of my clients and out of the 3 companies I interviewed, they were my choice as well. Josh was honest & upfront about what I needed and didn't try to sell me something I didn’t need. He & his crew arrived early the next morning and got my new system running in about 6 hours. Awesome service, friendly crew and great price.

Unbelievable. I thought I needed a new systems I called Mr cool. They came out and Nik said it’s a simple wire and he fixed it and minutes and didn’t even charge me. Professional and friendly from the office to the tech If you have an heating and air prob CALL MR COOL

Wow, I have so many nice things to say it wouldn’t even fit in one review. If you’re having air conditioning problems or need something fixed definitely check them out. My AC was having several problems and everywhere I looked online was really expensive to fix, but it was at such a good price here. My AC is now better then when it was brand new. Thank you so much.
They installed a new ac system in our home and we’re very professional. The price was right and they were finished in a quick moment. They were awesome! I’d refer all my friends and family to this company.
After sending out 2 techs. 3 times, they could not repair the unit, and they lied to our home warranty company about us being satisfied with the work. I spoke with Erica, who said there was no manager or owners available. She said the lived out of state, but further into our conversation she said that she was part owner. When I reminded her of what she said eariler about no owers or managers, there was no response. What's so sad about all of this is; this was the second time we have had a major problem with mr. cool. I WOULD NOT reccommend this company to anyone. We live in Las Vegas, Nevada and a good working air conditioner is a necessity! We suffered for a full week in our home with sky rocking tempertures, to the point of having to go stay somewhere else for a fews days. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!
I've never left a review before but its certainly necessary now. Joe Perez with Mr Cool is now my AC guy for LIFE! Super nice, professional and everything was reasonably priced. He went through options that best met our plans with the home and I couldn't be more happy!
