This company will go above and beyond to find the source of the problem in your HVAC system. We found this company because we were experiencing issues with our Bryant furnace (they are 1 of 2 authorized vendors for this brand) that runs on a 3 Zone damper system due to the fact that we have a 3 story home. It took several visits, some trial and error, but I think Orlando and his crew finally got the matter resolved. Orlando found a sensor for the damper system that was in the wrong spot and was likely in the wrong spot since the home was built in 2007. Every year, we have the same problem where our heater thinks it's overheating and shuts itself off. Orlando and his crew made some adjustments, properly set up the different zones, and put the sensor to where it should have been and I think he finally cracked a code we have been trying to figure out for years. I definitely recommend this company because the customer service by this company is out of this world and unheard in a community that relies so much on the proper operation of the HVAC. Also, the pure passion by Orlando to be the best really just shows because he would not give up and let us settle when we were not getting what we wanted from the system. If you need an honest company that wants to truly resolve the issue and not bandaid it, then this is the one for you!
Kris is the best. He was able to diagnose and repair our unit after 2 other companies said we needed entire new systems. Kris saved us thousands of dollars and the system is going strong!!
After many other companies tried to scam me, Carter came and found the real problem in seconds. Honest company would definitely recommend!
Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. This is the ONLY company to use in the Las Vegas/Henderson Valley - they are honest, reliable, always on time, have excellent communication (whether it be with their onsite techs or with their office staff). I've been using M&K a few years now and they are the ONLY company that I'll recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED M & K H&C for your A/C issues! They will make every effort to resolve your A/C issues....REALLY! I’m not pushing service or any sale for M & K at all. A/C Technician Mike and Kurt! Took thier time to hear out our families concern. They serviced our compressor, air handler, control module and thermostats in house and found a bad thermostat and replaced under warranty in 24 hrs. Air handler unit in attic space was checked. It was a new build home. Found that builder did something wrong and corrected the issues. Well equipped and extremely knowledgeable! THANK YOU!
CAUTION: This place buys fake reviews for their business. DO YOUR RESEARCH, LOOK AT THE IMAGES AND BAD REVIEWS ON HERE! Late arriving, poor parts, lied about what needed doing. Damaged my roof.
I have a Platinum Maintenance contract with M and K Heating. I have a hydronic Aquatherm system which is not a common system. I had a problem after a new water heater was installed with the heat exchanger in the Aquatherm system. Michael and Orlando quickly identified the problem and were able to completely resolve the issue. Because of the maintenance contract, I was not charged a penny. They are very professional, very knowledgeable. and always wear booties inside the house and face masks. I had personally interviewed six other companies before going with M and K. I recommend M and K based on my personal experience with them. One of the best decisions I made.

DONT BUY THEIR AC UNITS!!! THE WARRANTY IS NOT WHAT IT SEEMS!!! READ BELOW! They buy parts from China. The middle of summer comes along, you have to wait ONE MONTH to get your AC fixed as it takes their parts ONE MONTH to arrive from China. Hello!? It's 120 degrees here!!!!??? Get this.... They ask you to pay them more money to have it shipped from China QUICKER!! I have NEVER heard of a company charging its customers for quicker shipping from China. That's just absurd!!! YOU buy from China, don't put faster shipping onto your customers Guy was also late arriving to fix, 45 mins late. 10 year warranty means nothing when you are boiling for 1 month waiting for parts... NOTHING!!!

Can you imagine what it would be like with no AC in the Vegas heat? Make sure you call M and K, and it is unusual to get a last minute slot for last minute and get booked but from the phone call, dispatch, the job itself, and follow up here is a local company we can rely on so you don't have to wonder much longer how awful and unusual living with no AC is like! Today was the second time they scheduled an appointment and had me take off work and no showed. They were supposed to arrive between 12-2 and I called at 130 to be told my parts were not in. The first time "he was stuck at an appointment" and they couldn't even call and let me know that. I once again called after the schedueld time to find out. Do not waste your time with them. The office lady didn't even try to make it right and hung up on me after trying to argue that it was never scheduled because she made the mistake.
came late. i was waiting for 2 hours after the appointment time. they damaged my roof and claimed it was already there. the ac blower is now making noise and its worse then it was before. refuse to take any responsibility. owner is a joke

M&K sent over Michael to complete the first, of what will be many, semi-annual preventive maintenance tune-ups to my A/C. It is a very unusual system, but Michael had previous experience with it at the same condo development that I live at. Michael has over 40 years of experience in HVAC in Las Vegas. He spent the entire two hours inspecting and testing every aspect of the system and he described the purpose of each test. The system is 18 years old. In the end, he noted a few parts were rusted and a few test results that were near their limits, and he recommended that we both watch these parts. However, he did not try to sale or pressure me in to buying anything. He answered all my questions during the two hour time period and educated me on HVAC operations. It is a tremendous relief of mind to know that if anything were to happen to my A/C system, I could call M&K and they would send out Michael, or someone equally experienced, to fix it. You can take comfort knowing that you are getting honest and straight forward advice. Customer satisfaction is paramount. Should they do a repair in the near future, I know that I can trust their advice and trust that their work will be of the highest quality. Their prices are competitive, perhaps a little less than their major competitors, but service is outstanding. You will not regret going with M&K. This review is completely unsolicited.
