I have worked at LMS for 18 years. I started as a technician and now I am the service sales team leader. Everyday is a privilege to work for such amazing people (Tom and John) and with an incredible team of associates all dedicated to living our core values and serving our clients everyday.
We I've been using LMS for several years. I like that I can get through to service quickly and most of the time get updates. They have provided us with valuable consultation information when needed and have had competitive bidding on services needed. Nice people to work with for HVAC needs.
I manage a couple of buildings here in Vegas and needed some HVAC work done. Everyone at LMS was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I only wish other company's followed their same practice in customer service. They will be the only company I turn to when in need.

Very pleasant experience in dealing with LMS. They worked around my work schedule during this unsettling time of COVID-19 and they kept me informed of changes to the schedule. The technician was thorough and explained everything that he did when he was finished with the job. I have no complaints and give them 5 Stars.

The company has built a team of honest, responsible, self-aware and self-disciplined individuals that I have had the pleasure of working with over the past year. When I first came into LMS, Sharon was very welcoming and made me feel right at home.
John is always very helpful when our chillers need expert repair. Casey Lewis is usually the on-site chiller tech and he is very knowledgeable and professional. Very quick in diagnosing and repairing our equipment.
Been using LMS for years at several buildings and remote locations. I find them to be very professional and responsive to my service calls. The service techs are knowledgeable and fix issues quickly, and rarely, if ever, requiring a call back. And I always get a follow up call from them after a service call just to verify everything went well. Thanks to Jon, Gene, Rick, Roger, Marivel and Steven W for their continued great service!
