This will be my to go HVAC company from now one, despite having Home warranty (the one they sent out was only trying to sell me a complete new system!). They came, recharged the unit, answered ANY technical questions I had without trying to get/force me to replace the unit. Being in Vegas for 17 years I have had my fair share of bad businesses (including incompetent ones! I am an Engineer myself) and J&S is the opposite of those... Friendly, on time, professional, the whole package. and as a bonus, they charge (way) less than many other companies!!!! KUDOS!
My dads heat went out in December, we got a quote of 11,000 from a competitor which had my dad very upset and feeling helpless. We called for a second opinion and were lucky enough to find J & S. They were at dads house later the same day and got the system replaced for THOUSANDS less, better yet, it was installed quickly and painlessly. Fast forward to now, the warm days are just beginning and my air went out. Without hesitation J & S was my first call and they didn’t disappoint! A great company with knowledgeable, respectful and kind employees. I literally recommend them to all my friends and family! Thank you J & S!

These are literally the coolest people. From the time you call the office you know you’re in good hands. The tech Jason came out and fixed my unit that I was told needed to be replaced. Total bill under $200. I will recommend them to all my family and friends. You guys are the best! Thanks again.

I have been using this company almost 6 years now. However, due to my home warranty I was sent to another company. After waiting two weeks to have our AC fixed, this company installed the compressor backwards. Called Darcy and she had John out here first thing the next morning. He was here maybe an hour. Had to rewire and topped us off with freon! The best company and they make you feel like family! Thank you guys so much! The Medina-Hampton family, owes you big time!
I called J & S after hours on a Tuesday when I got home from work. The lady told me she could send someone the next morning. What I thought was going to be a nightmare of an expense to fix my ac, the guy came out and got me cooling for under $100. He was great. Honest. Friendly and very knowledgeable. You have a customer for life. Thanks again.
