Absolutely appreciate the company, I've used them multiple times for my home for A/C. Their techs are on time, clean, respectful, efficient, and pleasant to work with. Everything works great and is very efficient too. Great guy, wonderful service!
We called ICE Heating & Cooling through a recommendation to come out for a second opinion after our first quote with another company which we didn’t feel confident in. Jason came by and he managed to find out there was no power reaching the AC unit and to call an electrician first before being able to provide a diagnosis. He was also confused as how the first company got their diagnosis if he couldn’t get power up there. He said he would come out free Jason was very profession, respectful and honest which tracked with what our friend said in being a trustworthy company with fair prices. Will definitely recommend them to others.
The company has some great techs who installed our air conditioners last week. We weren't sure which contractor to use before but now, we know, it will always be ICE Heating & Cooling. Highly recommended!
Jason Lobo was fantastic! He was professional, efficient, courteous, informative , kind and funny. He made the experience of getting a new system far more palatable than it could have been if he had no personality and was all about business. He was genuinely concerned about me and my Dad getting our situation handed.

Nathan was excellent. Professional and friendly. Made sure everything was working perfectly. He noticed a filter missing and went back to the shop for the part and returned quickly., The job was finished and I was all set.

Responsive, Polite, Professional, and Thorough. I needed a last minute A/C Evaluation for a client of mine and Zak at ICE was able to be there while I communicated with the various entities just to allow this inspection to happen. Finally scheduling it at last minute. Hemal was on top of it; Responsive, Polite, Professional, and Thorough. It was really a glitch free fluid interaction from all aspects of this Company. They give me confidence that I could trust them with all my clients HVAC requirements.

I had a great experience with ICE Heating & Cooling. I called them because my AC unit was not working, and they were able to come out the same day. The technician, Zac, was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the options for repairs.
