Jhun was very professional and explained everything he was doing and why. Very nice of him to take the time especially since I was his last call. I appreciate Kat’s quick response with getting me scheduled same day.
Alex arrived early to do a water heater maintenance check and was very thorough and took his time to explain everything to me. He let me know about potential problems but was not pushy or tried forcing me into getting things I did not need yet. He went above and beyond to fix some minor things and again, explained everything very thoroughly while being friendly and courteous. Thank you for your help Alex! This man deserves a raise! I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Goettl and I recommend anyone who needs air conditioner or plumbing help to use them. When I am ready to fix the issues Alex brought up, I will definitely be calling them.
Took amazing care of me and the situation of replacing my A/C unit! Jermey was knowledgable informative and very professional. I signed up for the rejuvenation deal that they have going on but it ended up being a buy a new unit campaign. 2 guys came out and checked my rooftop unit first. I was told that I have a Freon leak on that one and that it was old, rusty, and dirty. I was shown a pic of all the components they were talking about but was then told that one of the side panels was halfway off and they attached it back on. After they attached it I later went upstairs and the air was blowing cool again and the unit seemed to be working fine. Then the buy a new unit pressure campaign started over the phone with one of the technicians supervisors after the technician told him that my upstairs unit was no good. They wanted me to finance a new unit with multiple reasons why including guil ridden comments. It felt as though he wouldn’t take no for an answer. I continued to decline the supervisor or sales rep but he kept asking me where do I have to be financially to get a new one. It really felt like a timeshare sales pitch. After I firmly declined I asked the technicians what they had done to rejuvenate my 2 systems and I was told that there was really nothing they could do because of the shape of the systems. I asked if they were even going to clean the downstairs coils and at first I was told that they couldn’t because they didn’t want to mess anything up. Then I was told that if I wanted they would run water over the coils if I wanted them to. Finally said I would just do it myself because I’ve cleaned the coils before with a spray and it worked good and only then did the technician tell me they wound clean the downstair unit coils. They had told me how dirty the upstairs unit was but it wasn’t cleaned like the rejuvenation deal promotes. I get it that my units are older but I am very disappointed that this experience turned out to be a BUY a brand new unit sales pitch rather than what the rejuvenation promotion says it will do. Called them for a diagnostic and they told me the motor in my A/C motor motor was bad. They tried to sell me a new $15k system. They’re like car salesman. I didn’t believe them so I told them no. A friend who knows about A/C came over and within 2 mins after taking off the panel he said, “it’s your capacitor”. He changed it in 2 mins and problem solved! GOETTL is a dishonest company. I cant believe their technicians are trained to be liars! They act nice but they take advantage of people. Stay away! Seriously!
Milton was very professional and thorough, he was very informative and helpful. I felt very comfortable with him and recommend him to anyone who uses Goettl. Thank you for your help and professionalism.
Kenneth came out to repair my system. Very professional with the job. He explained everything to me during the repair and showed me pictures so I could see what was going on. Will use them again for future needs.
Had a little issue with my AC on Saturday evening. Being that it's 4th of July weekend, I was fearing the worst. Luckily, I got sent to Tim when I called in, and he got me set up with a next-day appointment, and a service appointment for down the road. Update: Matt came out and diagnosed the problem, fixed it and now the AC is strong again! Thanks everyone! Always great service!
Our A/C unit went out this morning. We called and within 3 hours Josias was here to fix it. Josias was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered any questions I had about what needed to be done.
We had Kevin as our technician this morning and he was excellent all around, he was very helpful and knowledgeable as far as the steps of what he was doing explaining on any questions that we had about anything that he was doing, would refer him again!
We had an urgent issue with our A/C unit just as the weather began reaching peak temps. From start to finish it was an extremely efficient process. We called on a Friday afternoon and we had a tech scheduled for Saturday morning. Adrian Silva arrived in less than 30 minutes from the call alerting us he was coming. He was friendly, quick, efficient, and explained the issue easily. We were super lucky to have him address our emergency. 10/10 would love having him help again with any future issues or maintenance of our systems.
The service technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable We were very pleased with the service we received. Late on a Friday afternoon our tech arrived 1 hour after we called it in. We are happy, happy, happy that we have chosen Goettl 😊

Mr. Jun was on time, very professional and very knowledgeable. Hope I always have him working with me, by the end of the appointment I was very reassured with his explanations and even signed up for yearly checkups on my AC and plumbing which I was originally skeptical about.

Milton from Goettl Plumbing was a huge help fixing a leaking toilet and we toting us up to install a water softener. Very knowledgeable and friendly and a huge asset to the company.
Did not offer options for a broken valve on my homes manifold system. Simply went straight for replumbing the entire house!!!! Wanted us to move out of the house for 2-3 weeks! Talking about putting holes in walls, jack hammering the slab out, holes in custom cabinets!!! $34K!!!! Even though if you Google manifolds you can order them!!! For under $350!!! And the other two places that came out would order the parts, and would take 5-8 hours to fix at a fraction of the cost!!! Sad a large nationwide company is not worried about anything except commission!!! Stay away from Goettl!!! PS did not wear booties in house or offer the free flashlight! PSS they did offer to cut a discount if we put in a water filtration system!!! $$$$$$$!!
