The technician was very helpful. Without pressure, he gave us two options, explained it well, and told us the cost of each. I could tell the technician was honest. We now have the air conditionerr up and running. Thanks to great workers.
Enrique was a life saver! We were so nervous when we saw our A/C stopped working. I thought it would take forever and cost a lot to fix. Thankfully, Enrique got back to us immediately! He called me and scheduled a time to take a look at the system which was literally just a few hours after my call, if that! He came over and found the problem immediately. He fixed everything so quick. I was so happy and stunned with how professional he was! First of all they were on time The job was very professional, respectful and organized, my new air conditioner work fantastic my house is cold again . These guys are very thorough and skilled. The prior AC company kept doing bandaid fixes to my AC I thought needed replacing because it was old. Within two visits, Frosty caught two key problems the other guys missed for years. Easy to fix problems not so costly as replacing the unit, which would have saved everyone a lot of time and money if the prior guys had been good enough to catch them. These folks know their stuff.

Amazing service! Our AC broke down on us during the hottest week in Vegas. We made a call to this great company and received next day installation. We are so happy with our new AC. Definitely recommend.
We called Frosty Desert because we notice we had minimal air flow and the rooms would not cool down. Enrique the technician came to our home during the appointment window. He did a complete inspection on the entire air conditioner and the duct systems. He quickly identified the problem and determined that our duct system basically starting tearing apart from its old age. He gave us a quote for a complete system overhaul. His pricing was a lot more reasonable then any of the big company’s in town. We hired them for the job and I’m happy to say we are very satisfied with the work. Our new air conditioner and new ducts are blowing cold 🥶 air that we lacked before. We are extremely happy with the work they did and the cleanliness of the crew. Definitely highly recommend calling them for any repairs or new system.
